Welcome,

This is your time,

A space to breathe,

To reconnect,

And to gently return to yourself.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated,

Lying down,

Or however your body feels most supported.

Allow your shoulders to drop,

Your jaw to soften,

Your belly to relax.

As we begin,

Know that if your mind feels active or full,

If thoughts are racing or pulling your attention,

It's okay.

You don't need to push them away.

Simply notice.

Notice what arises and let it move through you like clouds passing in the sky.

Let each breath guide you back,

Back to your center,

Back to your heart.

Begin by gently bringing your attention to your breath.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Now focus your breath into your heart space.

Breathe in for a count of four.

Hold gently for two.

Exhale for four.

Hold again for two.

Continue this rhythm at your own pace.

Inhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two.

Exhale,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold,

Two.

With each round,

Soften a little more.

Let tension melt away.

Let presence settle in.

Let go of what doesn't belong.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing the weight of performance pressure and expectation.

You are not behind.

You are not broken.

Imagine you are stepping into a quiet forest.

The air is fresh from a recent rain.

The trees are tall,

Rooted,

And wise.

You feel safe here,

Protected,

Held.

The trail beneath your feet is soft and winding.

You hear the sound of birds above.

And the earthy scent of pine and wild herbs is in the air.

As you walk,

You feel more connected,

More grounded,

More whole.

The forest doesn't rush.

It trusts its rhythm,

And so can you.

Receive these affirmations as they move through you.

And flowing.

I am deeply rooted in my truth,

I will keep choosing what lights me up,

Even when the world doesn't understand it.

I am free from the weight of others' expectations.

I can belong to myself first,

And that is more than enough.

I will let go of guilt,

Shame,

And outdated stories that no longer serve me.

I am connected to something greater,

And I trust the unfolding.

I can zoom out and see the patterns,

Even when I feel stuck.

I will keep showing up,

Knowing that small steps create big shifts.

I am an unstoppable force of growth,

Creativity,

And compassion.

I will keep watering my own garden.

My life is blooming in its own time.

Now,

Breathe a little deeper.

Begin to return to your body,

To the present moment,

To the support of the ground beneath you.

You've planted something today,

A seed of intention,
