As we clear and heal, our energy assists Mother Earth but more importantly, positively impacts those around us.

My name is Vivian and I will guide you in this meditation designed to open and expand your heart and your heart energy.

Love is all there is.

Our essence is love.

And we are all on a journey to pure higher love.

This is our purpose on earth.

As the planet ascends and awakens,

Our service work is to lift our vibration and our energy frequencies higher.

As we clear and heal,

Our energy assists Mother Earth,

But more importantly,

It positively impacts those around us.

Simply relax and follow my guidance.

Get yourself comfortable where you are and in your body and in this moment.

Close your eyes.

Let's connect with our inner selves and our energy through our breath.

Take a deep conscious breath in and slowly out,

Letting your exhale be twice as long as your inhale.

Take a few more deep conscious breaths that bring you home to yourself.

Observe and follow your breath as it moves through your body and let this noticing of your breath bring you ever more deeply into the present moment,

Softening and relaxing as you move into easy breathing,

Finding a rhythm that is just right for you,

Finding and allowing your signature ebb and flow,

In and out.

Feel your body as it rests where you sit held by gravity.

Notice the sensation of your clothing on your body.

Notice your temperature,

Allowing all physical sensations to hold your awareness in the present moment.

Now consciously relax all your muscles.

Notice where you are holding tension in your body and just let go.

Breathe in and as you breathe out,

Soften your face and your eyes.

Breathe in and now as you breathe out,

Make sure you are relaxing your jaw completely.

Breathe in and as you breathe out,

Soften your neck and shoulders.

Let your shoulders drop a little more as they relax.

Breathe in and on the exhale,

Allow the slightest soft smile to gently position itself on your face.

Let each breath take you deeper and deeper into a beautiful state of complete relaxation and peace.

Now focus on your heart space.

Imagine what your heart space looks like to you.

Not the physical organ pumping blood,

But rather your energetic heart center.

What color or texture is your heart space?

Does it have a particular shape?

As you breathe,

Gently allow your awareness to rest here.

It may help to place your hand on your heart.

Just take a moment to get a sense of your heart energy now.

Your heart space is a portal to your inner self,

A gateway to your soul.

Allow yourself to feel deep unconditional love for yourself.

And then send this wonderful energy to your heart space,

Allowing it to glow brighter and brighter.

See your heart energy expanding.

And now,

Imagine that at the center of your heart space is a magnificent pale pink rose.

As you continue to breathe and send yourself unconditional love,

Observe how the rose begins to open up and bloom,

Slowly and gently,

Petal by petal.

As the rose continues to open and expand,

You see a beautiful pale pink light glowing at the center of the rose.

At the center of your heart rose is an energy portal and the glowing light there is the light of your soul.

Breathe,

Allowing this pale pink light at the center of the rose to expand and grow and glow.

As you picture this,

Follow the light through the portal into the innermost depths of you.

Continue to breathe easily and gracefully,

Allowing your awareness to remain within.

Be at peace.

As you dwell in your inner world,

Notice anything at all which you may see,

Sense or feel.

Breathe and acknowledge any messages or emotions that are emerging in this space,

In this present moment of peace.

Repeat to yourself,

I lovingly recognize and accept my own feelings and no longer judge them.

I am entitled to them and my soul wants me to feel them fully.

Notice any stuck or low vibrational energy that may be present in your heart space.

Observe,

Then with clear intention release anything in your heart that no longer serves your highest purpose.

See any unwanted energy dissipate and clear,

Allowing the wonderful pale pink light energy of your heart space to glow brighter and brighter and more vibrant.

Feel pure unconditional love filling your entire being.

Be without judgment and relax into a deep feeling of bliss.

Through bliss and joy your soul will guide you to its purposes and desires.

Focus only on love and joy.

Smile.

Hold on to the wonderful loving pink light energy that your heart space is generating as we now allow this powerful energy to combine with source energy and earth energy.

See,

Sense or feel the giant sun of all that is above your head now.

As this glorious light energy pours into you,

See,

Sense and feel the wonderful nourishing illumination of source energy.

Let this light pour into your crown,

Your halo,

Opening your awareness to who you truly are.

Let this light continue down into your third eye,

Clearing any energies that are blocking you from seeing clearly,

Blocking you from seeing the truth of everything.

Let this light flow into your ears,

Opening your spiritual hearing.

Let this light continue downwards flowing into your throat,

Clearing any blocks and opening your communication.

Let the knowing that you're completely safe wash over you as you connect to the light.

Follow this light as it flows into your heart,

Opening up your heart space even further so that you may receive soul guidance and wisdom,

Limitless love and boundless abundance.

Now let this golden source light flow into your solar plexus,

Healing anywhere where you feel powerless.

Allowing this light to clear any unforgiveness.

Allow this light to flow down to your stomach area,

Removing all stuck energy here.

Let this light flow into your root,

Opening any places where you feel limited by old energy and release any energy which is blocking you and preventing you from making all necessary changes in your life.

Let this light flow into your root,

Now invite this light to flow down your legs,

Through your feet and watch as this pure golden light energy flows instantaneously down to the centre of the earth,

Grounding you,

Supporting you.

And now the source light gathers energy and love from the core of Mother Earth and sends it back up into your body,

Through your energy meridians and straight to your heart space where it combines with the loving pink light energy of your heart and then radiates out from there in all directions,

Nourishing and expanding your aura,

Cocooning you,

Wrapping you in a beautiful bubble of pure divine love.

You are connected from both above and below and to all those infinite paths of you.

Notice how this love energy flows throughout your body,

Into your cells and all the spaces between your cells.

Allow this love light to expand even more as you send this pure love and light,

This wonderful energy out into your world,

Flowing into your room,

Your home and radiating and expanding exponentially into your neighbourhood,

Your city,

Your country and out into all the world.

Your heart space is wide open and glowing.

You are luminous.

Now intend that you send this incredible love out into all and any dimensions,

Across all time,

Space and karma.

Intend and send this love across your ancestral lineage in all directions,

Clearing and cleansing because love heals.

Breathe.

Place your hand on your heart and feel your heart space fill with love and compassion for yourself.

Know that you are very worthy of this love,

This pure,

Whole,

Magnificent love.

And when you share this love,

You give others the most wonderful and precious gift ever.

So breathe and allow love to flow into all areas of your life,

Into all relationships in your life and see what glorious magic it brings to you now and into the future.

Finally,

As you continue to breathe,

See,

Sense or feel a diamond bright white healing light pouring over you,

Energising your being and transmuting any and all remaining stuck or low vibrational energy into love and light.

Notice as the diamond bright white healing light dissipates that you are really a being of pure source energy,

Pure love and pure light.

Become aware gradually of your body as it rests in your chair.

Perhaps you notice the tingle of gravity on the soles of your feet,

Perhaps notice the fabric of your clothes against your skin.

Move your awareness to your breath now,

Consciously breathe deeper,

Allowing the breath to nourish your cells,

Waking them up.

Breathe out and again deeply in and out.

Rest in the knowing that all is well,

You are whole and healing and you are connected to the universe and mother earth.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Perhaps rub your hands together.

Gently,

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and allow your sense of sight to bring you back into this moment.
