Ocean Of Healing Light

During this wonderful meditation, we will use energy, intention and creative visualisation to begin to heal our physical bodies, minds and souls with love and healing Light. With energy work, it is useful to repeat the meditation a few times a week and remember to allow your physical body to “catch up to” the energetic shifts and healing.

Transcript

Welcome to the Ocean of Healing Light meditation.

We can use meditation and energy to heal our physical bodies.

In this meditation we will use energy,

Intention and creative visualisation to begin to heal our bodies,

Minds and souls with love and healing light.

Please relax into this moment that you are gifting to yourself and follow my guidance.

Get yourself completely comfortable and relax.

And when you are ready,

Gently close your eyes and begin to breathe consciously and mindfully,

Deeply and evenly.

Take a few gentle breaths in on your own time and just be.

You are no longer in the past and have yet to arrive in the future.

As you continue to breathe,

The simple act of noticing your breath as it flows in and through your body takes you deeper and deeper to a place of complete relaxation and stillness.

Take a moment now to observe your breath as it flows in and out of your body,

Allowing my voice to go with you into your inner world.

Now relax all your muscles,

Consciously soften your body.

You are in this moment focusing only on your breath and my voice.

Remember that you are completely grounded,

You are completely safe and secure and you know you are loved.

In this moment and always,

You are supported by Mother Earth and her powerful energy.

Now bring your attention to the top of your head.

See,

Sense or feel your crown chakra opening.

Imagine you are looking up and seeing the giant central sun of all that is,

Above you.

And now open yourself to receive the incredible energy of the universe.

Simply allow this wonderful liquid light to pour into you through your crown chakra,

Into your head and allow this light to spread throughout your body.

Breathe and smile as you receive the wisdom,

The power and the healing of the universe.

Rest in the knowing that everything will work out as it should.

Bathe in this feeling of complete oneness.

Now imagine an infinite ocean of diamond bright white healing light,

With the energy charged and sparkling bright and comforting.

Imagine you are sitting in this wondrous infinite ocean of diamond bright white healing light.

At the same time you notice that within your heart space there is a ball of the same diamond bright white healing light,

Swirling around and glowing brighter and brighter and brighter.

It is filling you with life force and vitality,

Ensuring you are nurtured,

Confident and secure.

It is nourishing your body and helping you feel safe and supported.

As you sit in this ocean of diamond white healing light and as you feel the ball of healing light energy within your heart space,

Relax completely and allow your body,

Mind,

Emotions and soul to receive healing in any way that you require and for your highest and best good.

As you continue to relax in this ocean of diamond bright white healing light,

Imagine that all the pores of your skin open and this healing light pours into your body from all directions,

Filling you up with life force energy and vitality.

Swirling around in your body,

Around your organs,

Moving into your legs,

Arms,

Neck,

Face and moving into every single one of your trillions of cells.

Your whole body is being filled with this diamond bright white healing light,

Rushing in from this ocean of light.

Everywhere this light touches you feel nourished,

Healed,

Centered,

Calm,

Relaxed and strong.

Filling with life force energy,

Relax into this moment as more and more of the diamond bright white healing light pours into you.

All your cells begin to glow and respond to this divine light and imagine your whole body saying,

I let go,

I let go of all energy blocks and physical pain.

I release fears and I am a radiant beam of light.

The diamond bright white healing light moves into all the spaces between your cells too.

You are glowing,

You are luminous and you are healing your physical body,

Your mind and your emotions.

Notice the ease and effortlessness of this wonderful moment of healing.

Breathe into this moment and give yourself a personal positive affirmation.

It is time to release self-limiting thoughts.

They aren't who you are anymore and exist only in your imagination.

Embrace your strength,

Courage and resiliency.

Breathe and release,

Letting go of any beliefs or limiting ideas that you no longer desire.

Now focus on the glowing ball of diamond light in your heart space and become aware that it is moving to each of your chakras,

Clearing them and enabling them to spin in a way that is just right for you.

Feel or sense this ball of light moving up into your throat chakra.

As it swirls it is clearing any blockages,

Enabling this chakra to glow,

Renewing the energy of creativity and communication.

Now the swirling ball of diamond white light moves up into your third eye,

Clearing and transmuting stuck energy and lower vibrational frequencies so that you may clearly see the truth of all things.

And see or feel this healing light moving up into your crown chakra,

Clearing,

Opening and aligning your crown chakra so that it is vibrantly available to receive the light of the divine,

Of source and infinite possibilities and wisdom.

The whirling ball of healing light now moves down along the line of your spine,

Via the third eye or throat,

Through your heart,

Lighting it up with pure love and then into your solar plexus chakra.

Here in the solar plexus,

The glowing undulating energy clears and cleans this chakra,

Releasing all sense of powerlessness and replacing negative stuck or heavy energy with graceful light and ease.

With the solar plexus spinning correctly,

The diamond bright white light ball moves down to the sacral and navel chakras,

And while swirling there,

Resets and cleanses this chakra so that all is in flow and low or negative emotions are erased.

Finally,

The healing ball moves into the root chakra.

It glows brighter and brighter as this chakra clears,

Allowing you to feel completely safe and secure,

Completely grounded and supported.

Now feel the ball of diamond white healing light return to nestle within your heart space,

Where it continues to swirl and heal,

And you smile as you acknowledge that this healing light will continue to work on your entire body.

You are content and at peace as you continue to sit in the glorious and infinite ocean of diamond bright white healing light.

Repeat in your mind,

I am grateful for my body's innate ability to heal and regenerate itself.

I am grateful for my body's innate ability to heal and regenerate itself.

Notice the harmonious way in which this total healing and transformation is taking place.

Peacefully,

Easily,

Simply observe the gentle ebb and flow of your emotions and this light energy.

As the diamond bright white healing light continuously flows into your body through your pores,

All the emotions,

Unnecessary feelings and limiting thoughts flow out of you and into the infinite ocean where they are transmuted into love and light.

Light in and outdated emotions out,

In and out in gentle waves.

Smile at the peace and tranquility of this magical moment.

Invite the diamond bright white healing light energy to travel now to that part of you that most needs extra healing.

Just observe where it flows to now without judgment or expectation.

Sense the divinely guided healing that is taking place and experience a profound sense of well-being.

Breathe into this experience and as you exhale let go.

Let go and release what you no longer need into the ocean of diamond white healing light.

Release.

Breathe in and on the exhale release even more.

Be aware of your entire being.

You are shining and glowing.

Your radiance has been restored completely.

You are whole and beautiful.

Your light serves as a beacon to lead others out from their darkness.

Acknowledge yourself and the amazing healing work you have done.

The love vibration allows this beautiful diamond bright white healing light in so that there can be a constant replenishment of healing light in your being.

This light allows you to fully reconnect with the highest level of divine wisdom,

Wholeness and vitality always.

And now imagine yourself preparing to relieve this healing loving ocean of energy.

You feel more alive and whole than ever before.

Each and every part of your being is glowing and restored.

Express gratitude for your wholesome strong body and all that it gives you in this life.

Providing a gorgeous home for your mind and soul.

Breathe and thank your cells with their unique DNA codes that make you,

You.

Now thank your mind,

Your consciousness and your subconscious.

And finally acknowledge you,

Your soul,

Your light.

The healing is done and so it is.

Relax.

It is time to come back to your body.

I will count from one to five.

When I reach five you will awaken feeling relaxed,

Calm and completely centered.

Take a few more deep nourishing breaths.

Slowly and gently,

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.
