Let us embark on a guided adventure together to receive healing from the dolphins.

They are master healers and are able to hold pure white Christ light within their energy fields.

Dolphins guide us on our remembrance of our radiant wholeness.

Dolphins have a joyful and unbelievably powerful healing presence.

Let us begin.

Gently close your eyes when you are ready and allow your body to soften.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Feeling present and relaxing into your body,

Softening all your muscles now.

Just releasing all concerns and any stresses.

Let your attention begin to rest within as you allow yourself to journey deeper within with each gentle breath.

Continue to breathe,

Each breath softening your entire body and with each breath letting go of any tightness and tension and relaxing more and more.

And now breathe into your heart space,

Your beautiful welcoming heart space.

Focus on the area of your heart and breathe in a feeling of deep ease and pure peace.

As you settle into this wonderful state of peace and tranquility,

Allow yourself to float off and travel to a beautiful ancient island.

See,

Sense or imagine this in whatever way is best for you.

This ancient island is a place of extreme beauty with a lush green tropical center.

Incredible clear blue and turquoise waters surround the island and the pink tinged sand is soft and warm beneath your feet.

The energy here is indescribable and like nothing you've ever experienced before.

This island is magical.

It is an island of healing.

You can walk on this beautiful beach.

The sun is shining gloriously above you.

Feel its warmth.

The infinite turquoise blues and the myriad of greens of the sea are stunning and deliciously inviting.

Notice what you're seeing,

What you're smelling and what you can feel.

Acknowledge the peace and calm of this moment.

You gaze longingly at the open inviting expanse of this ocean.

A short distance out from the beach embedded in the floor of the sea are some large and very powerful quartz crystals.

These are healing crystals and they impart their healing energy into the water.

Begin to wade into the water as far as you're comfortable with.

Just relax.

You can feel the tingling healing energy in the water.

This energy transmitted from the crystals via the water is absorbed by your skin and body and is so healing.

Breathe as you receive this moment.

Imagine that all the cells of your body are drinking up the healing qualities of the powerful crystals.

You feel safe and at ease.

Continue to wade deeper and deeper into the sea just as far as you feel is safe for you in this moment and feel it envelop you in the most comforting natural way as though the water is hugging you.

The abundance and overflow of ocean energy and healing energy from the crystals is restoring and filling up your own energy throughout your body and your energy systems.

Notice how your body tingles with this extra energy vitality and light.

And now you sense the unconditional love before you see that a part of very tame joyful and loving dolphins have come to swim with you.

Express your delight as they playfully invite you to swim with them.

You feel completely safe and nurtured and buoyed up by their gentle nudges and gleeful clicks and squeaks.

These dolphins are beautiful highly evolved omni-dimensional creatures that are keepers of the light here on earth.

You begin to feel inspired by their beauty and intelligence and you feel this gentle inspiration physically and emotionally.

They fascinate and enchant as they joyfully swim with you with more gentle calm gestures and nudges.

They encourage you to float on your back in the glorious calm waters.

See,

Sense or feel yourself doing this and relaxing completely.

Dolphins are master healers.

They know just where in your body the healing needs to occur.

Now you feel them touching the various areas on your body with their soft glistening smooth snouts.

Breathe into the sensations you are experiencing as they heal you physically with help from the healing waters.

As you continue to float you're receiving healing in your physical body in exactly the way you need it and for your highest and best good.

Keep floating gently and as you do so you feel two of the dolphins tenderly and benevolently touch your heart space.

You are filled with their gift of unconditional love instantaneously.

Feel it flow through your being and smile as they heal any unforgiveness and any other emotional wounds across all dimensions of time,

Space and reality.

And breathe.

Receive more heart healing and emotional release.

Their gift of unconditional love is expanding within your heart space and beyond so that you will have more than enough love to give others and the world.

Receive and smile.

Another of the gifts that the dolphins can impart is to deeply and completely heal any fear we may hold within our bodies and our energy systems.

The dolphins swim peacefully in the healing waters around the ancient island of healing.

As they gently and purposefully swirl around you faster and faster they create a magical water vortex beneath you.

Remain present and at peace as a vortex drains away all your fears known and unknown.

The water vortex takes a fear energy down to the depths of this ocean where it is grounded into the earth and transmuted into love.

As the dolphins conclude this healing you feel a lightness in your heart space and solar plexus and in your entire being.

Breathe into this healing now.

Basking in the energy of the water still floating on your back with your eyes closed,

Feel a dolphin push you gently on your feet to propel you slowly deeper and deeper.

You can sense two more dolphins at the top of your head now and feel their electric touch as they send their healing energy into your crown chakra.

Be present with this moment and any sensations and allow yourself to fully receive as a healing touch for your highest and best good.

Now you simply get a deep knowing within your soul that they are conducting profound spiritual healing.

They are reconnecting you at the deepest level possible with your divinity,

With your unequivocal radiant wholeness,

Connecting you to source light and all that is.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale feel them lifting all your energetic burdens.

You can trust that the dolphins have transmuted any stuck or negative energy into love and light via their huge heart centers.

They are filling you with grace and joy and with the luminosity in a way that you have never felt before.

Breathe into this moment as you feel them conclude their blessed work.

With the work done the darling joyful dolphins are ready to play again.

They rise and dive enjoying the water.

They do barrel rolls and squeal and click with delight as they encourage you to join them in their untethered and untainted fun and enchantment.

You can swim and play with them a little more if you wish and in a way that is just right for you in this moment.

Now it is time for you to leave the water so you say goodbye to your friends the dolphins knowing you can always return anytime.

They are just a wish away.

You find yourself back on the beach magically dry sitting in the soft warm sand.

Smile as you watch the pot of dolphins dance away gracefully with leaps and glides.

As you continue to imagine yourself on the beach of the magical island see how the sky begins to turn all shades of orange pink and purple signifying the start of sunset.

Reflect upon and feel the healing you have received today from the dolphins and the water.

Reflect perhaps on the areas of your body which may have received healing or perhaps the emotional healing you have received and visualize and feel any illness wounds or blocks completely gone from your body mind and spirit.

You are healed.

You are filled with light.

Now that we've received healing and activation from our friends the dolphins remember that our cells have the innate ability to regenerate and rejuvenate restoring the vitality and light within our bodies.

Each of us carries our divine blueprints within ourselves encoded with the potential for vibrant health,

Youthfulness and radiant energy and we can tap into the sacred potential anytime.

So allow your body to reawaken its natural healing abilities.

Notice or feel your energy levels now knowing that you have more than enough and are free to share any overflow with anyone in your environment.

Feel yourself floating away from the island now and watch us get smaller and smaller until you can no longer see it.

Allow yourself to return to your body and become present in this moment.

Breathe and notice how comfortable you are in your body.

Begin to sense your body and where you are and start to return to your room.

Take a few deep breaths in and then out in and nourishing all the cells of your body.
