Abundance Declarations

We manifest from the energy of the root chakra. And so, acknowledging that our dreams are birthed or our projects are launched from an open root chakra’s perspective of security and enoughness and our groundedness in the present, we will delve into this short meditation to clear and cleanse our chakras and then from our root chakra energy, announce our powerful declarations and intentions with regards to all forms of abundance that we desire.

Hello, This is Vivian. Welcome to this Abundance Declaration meditation. We manifest from the energy of the root chakra. And so, Acknowledging that our dreams are birthed or our projects are launched from an open root chakra's perspective of security and enoughness and our groundedness in the present, We will delve into this short meditation to clear and cleanse our chakras. And then, From our root chakra energy, Announce our powerful declarations and intentions with regards to all forms of abundance that we desire. Simply relax and follow my guidance. Get yourself completely comfortable. Then take a deep breath in and on the long, Slow out-breath, Gently close your eyes. Consciously breathe in and out. Letting your awareness follow your breath as it flows in the body, Around the body and out again. Breathing deeply and evenly in your own gentle and natural rhythm. As you breathe, Feel the outside world falling away. With each breath you take, Let go more and more. Notice any tension floating out of you and away from your shoulders and neck. Breathe deeply in and as you exhale, Slowly allow your body to relax. Softening your body more and more. Relax your eyes. Relax your lips. Soften your jaw. Now relax your arms and your hands. Softening your abdomen. Relax your legs and your feet. You are now completely relaxed. Be without judgement and sink into this deep feeling of peace and calm. Let us start by calling in diamond bright white healing light to flow into our energy centres now, Allowing them to be cleansed and cleared. So place your awareness on the top of your head. Invite your crown chakra to open and allow the diamond bright white healing light to enter your crown. See, Sense or feel this healing light swirling around and clearing any stagnant energy from this chakra. And now the diamond bright white healing light flows down into your third eye chakra. And as you breathe, Allow the healing light to revitalise this chakra. And it flows down further so that the diamond bright white healing light is clearing your throat chakra, Allowing the clear movement of energy in this space. See, Sense or feel it swirling down into the open portal of your heart space, Your heart chakra. Here the diamond bright white healing light releases stuck or lower vibrational energy from your heart and allows this chakra to come into balance. See your heart chakra expanding in love. Let the diamond bright white healing light flow into your glowing solar plexus and as it clears here, Your personal power is restored and this chakra aligned. And now down further, The diamond bright white healing light gently balances your sacral chakra with ease and clears away any unwanted energy blocks, Allowing the gentle flow of energy here. And finally, See, Sense or feel the diamond bright white healing light into your root chakra. Let your attention rest here. Notice and gently observe this chakra and allow the healing light to cleanse and clear. And now from this point, From this chakra, You're able to send your root chakra energy down your legs and down into Mother Earth. See your root chakra energy flowing deeper and deeper and deeper all the way down to the crystalline core of Mother Earth. Allow yourself to ground deeply into the crystals in the center of Mother Earth. Now breathe in and bring the loving, Nurturing, Healing, Supportive energy of Mother Earth back up into your body. All the way up now via your feet, Up your legs and into your root chakra to support clear manifestation. When manifesting, It is very important to be fully grounded and with your root chakra functioning optimally. And you need to be open to receiving. Can you really allow yourself to have and enjoy? Our ability to have something is dependent on our self-worth. So as a final step in the process, Let us acknowledge and affirm our worthiness with powerful declarations. In this moment allowing all these declarations to be assimilated. As we prepare to return to our waking state, Pay attention to any sounds that you can hear in your surroundings beyond my voice. Allow any sounds to be a pathway back. Notice any physical sensations now. You may wish to stretch or wiggle your fingers or toes or shrug your shoulders. Breathe in deeply, Nourishing your cells and your body.
