I'm really glad that you're here with me today on this journey of affirmations to support you in your journey with chronic illness or cancer.

As someone who has cancer,

I use affirmations every day to help support me and I find them a really miraculous way to help overcome many things including stress and anxiety,

But also just to really help live a positive life.

I hope that you find these as helpful as I do.

I'll repeat them twice and I encourage you to use the ones that really resonate with you and come back to these again and again for your support.

My immune system is strong and powerful.

I am creating a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

I am nourishing my body.

I am getting enough relaxation.

I am surrounding myself with beauty and nature.

I am listening to my intuition and following my heart.

I am living my life to the fullest.

I am a miracle.

I am healing from the inside out.

Every cell in my body is vibrating with health and vitality.
