So often we can live with rigid,

Inflexible rules for ourselves that become the walls of our internal prisons.

These belief systems that were built out of external conditioning once kept us safe and helped us survive our environment.

Now you might find that these systems feel restrictive and don't allow for you to fully be who you are.

Let these affirmations begin to dissolve those walls and reach the soul within you that wants to be liberated.

I don't have to be perfect.

It's okay to make mistakes.

It's okay to change my mind.

I am inherently valuable.

It's okay if people don't agree with me.

There can be more than one way of seeing things.
