As we begin,

I invite you to sit or lie in a comfortable position,

I invite you to close your eyes and connect with your breath,

Softening through your face,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Allow yourself to settle a little deeper into the support of the surface beneath you.

Slowly inhale through your nose and allow your lips to open as you exhale through your mouth.

I invite you to continue a circular breathing pattern as we guide through this meditation.

Notice how your mind begins to soften and relax.

Notice how your body begins to soften and relax.

Allow your mind to focus on each breath as it enters and then leaves the body.

Allow your body to relax deeper and deeper,

Embracing each suggestion.

Gently letting go as you settle into this state of stillness and the energy of the breath keeps the movement.

Effortlessly flowing in and out.

Can you allow your awareness to really connect with yourself?

Or have your breath embody?

Allowing your attention to draw all the way up into your heart space.

Gently feeling into your heart center.

Feeling your heart with a sense of tenderness and care.

Feeling to allow your breath to soothe and nourish.

And from this place of groundedness,

Embodiment and connection with your heart,

Start to call to mind a situation in which you feel you may have made a mistake.

Why don't you let yourself down?

Something you've perhaps been beating yourself up over.

Holding on to.

Rather than condemning yourself with blame,

Shame or judgment.

See if you can meet yourself in this moment with a sense of kindness and self-compassion.

And gently repeat to yourself,

Either out loud or in your mind.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

And if you are experiencing any resistance to receiving your own kindness and love,

Know that that's okay.

You might find it easier to imagine these words of forgiveness coming from a friend or a family member or someone who you know cares very deeply about you.

See how they would convey those emotions to you.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

Allowing yourself to receive a sense of unconditional kindness,

Love and support.

Reminding yourself that you're human.

We all slip up from time to time.

And seeing if you can really give yourself permission to receive the redemption that you deserve.

Letting go of blame,

Shame or judgment.

Allowing your breath and your heart to soften as you begin to receive the compassion that you deserve.

Gently repeating to yourself one last time.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

Continuing to rest here in this state of gentle awareness.

In the process of healing and forgiveness.

Resting in your own loving presence.

Take in a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

You are nothing that you do or don't do can qualify your greatness.

You are great because you were born.

You are great simply because you exist.

You are here to love and be loved.

In this moment,

I invite you to ask yourself,

How will you use your unique greatness to love the world?

It is your birthright to feel and express yourself fully.

You have a right to be happy and you have a right to be loved.

You are worthy of all of the wonderful things life has to offer.

How can you love yourself and nurture yourself so that you feel whole and complete?

In this moment,

I invite you to visualize nurturing and loving yourself.

What does that look like for you?

If any limiting beliefs or judgments come up,

Just allow them to float away without any shame,

Blame,

Guilt,

Or regret.

You can let anger go.

You can let any emotion just flow through as if it's going out a drain like water in a bathtub.

We don't have to identify with any of these emotions or the stories around them.

You can just allow them to be witnessed and pass by.

In this moment,

Ask yourself,

What do I need?

What do I need?

Start to visualize what you need coming to you.

Feeling your level of gratitude increase as you visually start to receive all of the love and support that you need to thrive.

Take a deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Allow this energy of having everything that you need fill every cell of your body.

What does it look like to fully love yourself?

What does it feel like to know that you are here for a purpose?

You are here to love and be loved.

No matter what you choose to do,

If you come back to this reality,

You will feel whole and complete.

Take a deep inhale and exhale slowly.

With your inhale and exhale,

You are recalibrating yourself to be in complete balance of giving and receiving love.

I invite you to repeat either out loud or in your head,

I am love.

I am love.

No matter what has happened to you,

No matter how many times you've been frustrated in the past,

You can choose love in every moment.

You can choose peace.

You can choose to let go.

You can choose to return to love.

In this moment,

I invite you to make a commitment to yourself.

No matter what happens,

No matter the challenge,

You can commit to return to love.

Take one last deep inhale and slowly exhale.

Just know,

You are here.
