Welcome to this quantum healing guided meditation for relieving allergy symptoms that is simple and easy to do anytime you are needing some relief.

Find a comfortable seated or lying position.

Close your eyes and begin to settle into a relaxed and peaceful state.

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Allow each breath to calm your mind and body,

Preparing you for the practice ahead.

Start by bringing your awareness to your breath.

Notice the sensation of each inhale and exhale as it flows in and out of your body.

Take a few moments to simply be present with your breath,

Letting go of any tension or stress you may be holding on to.

Let's shift your attention to doing a body scan.

Begin at your toes and slowly scan up through your feet,

Moving up your legs and into your thighs.

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and allow them to soften and release with each breath.

Continue scanning up through your core to your heart and shoulders,

Letting go of any remaining tension as you bring your awareness to your head and neck,

Allowing your entire body to relax completely.

Take a moment to check in with your emotions.

Notice any stress,

Anxiety or frustration you may be feeling,

Especially related to your allergy symptoms,

Such as itchy and watery eyes,

Sneezing or coughing.

Acknowledge these emotions without judgment,

Allowing them to be present as you continue with this practice.

Now visualize you are taking your energy and grounding yourself down into Mother Earth.

Take a moment to visualize absolute light and love surrounding you.

Now we want to co-create a change for you by allowing your unconscious mind to let go of any emotions,

Traumas and fears you have surrounding your allergy symptoms.

Repeat the following affirmations silently or aloud from a place of higher knowing.

I know what it feels like to be safe.

I know what it feels like to heal myself.

I know what it feels like to process tree and grass pollen,

Weed and flower pollen in my present environment.

I release all past trauma and fear I am holding onto that has caused my allergy symptoms,

In all space and in all time.

As you observe the allergy symptoms leaving your body,

You can trust that this process is working for your highest good,

Bringing you peace and comfort.

Take a moment to express gratitude for this time you've dedicated to your well-being.
