Hi everyone,

This is the audio recording for how to get yourself into the theta brainwave state so that you can send your consciousness to connect to source energy through your crown chakra and command your unconscious mind to co-create with the creator.

Now close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out.

And let's begin to visualize all of your energy going down into mother earth,

5 miles down and 5 miles wide.

And feel all the unconditional love of mother earth.

As all of this unconditional love surrounds you,

Bring your energy back up through your feet and turning on all your chakras,

Starting with the base chakra,

Then the sacral plexus chakra and now the solar plexus chakra.

And then turning on your heart and opening your throat chakra and then the third eye chakra.

And now as all of your energy moves up through your crown chakra,

You'll see a ball of light.

Notice what color it is as it moves up above the top of your head.

Your energy continues to move upward above the earth and into space as it moves through all the planes of existence to the 7th plane of existence.

And now you are with the creator of all that is.

Now feel what it feels like to be surrounded by all this white light and complete unconditional love from the creator.

Begin to meditate on what it is that you would like to have and feel that feeling in every cell of your body.

As this feeling moves through you,

Take a deep breath in and out and feel this feeling as it begins to radiate everywhere.

Now bring all of your energy back down through your crown chakra into your body and down into Mother Earth and now you are completely grounded.

Feel free to repeat this recording as many times as necessary.
