One more time,

Easy inhale and a soft,
Relaxed exhale.
Now,
Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
Bring your awareness to your body,
Feeling the quiet presence of this moment.
Notice the stillness within you,
The calm space that is already here.
Gently bring your attention to your heart.
You may place a hand over your heart if you like,
Feeling the warmth in this area,
Feeling the quiet connection within.
This is a new beginning,
A fresh,
Open moment.
Before the day unfolds,
Take a moment to connect with how you would like to move through your day.
Silently ask yourself,
How do I want to show up today?
Take your time.
Allow a word of feeling to arise naturally.
It might be peaceful,
Steady,
Relaxed.
Whatever comes,
Simply welcome it.
Now,
Gently set your intention.
Today,
I move through my day with.

Allow your chosen word to fill that space.
Feel this intention in your body,
As if it is already part of you.
Steady,
Present.
With each breath,
This intention becomes more familiar,
More embodied.
Take a slow breath in,

Take one more deep breath in,
And a soft,
Complete breath out.
When you're ready,
Gently begin to bring your awareness back,
