Hello,

This is Carolyn Wallace.

Welcome to your midday reset.

A short pause to release,

Realign,

And return to calm clarity.

Wherever you are right now,

Sitting at your desk,

Resting on a couch,

Or even taking a short break outside,

Give yourself permission to stop doing for just a few moments.

Let this be your reset,

A breath of peace in the middle of your day.

Begin by taking a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your jaw release.

Let your hands rest easily.

With each breath,

Let your body drop out of doing mode and into being.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to solve.

Just this breath right here.

Inhale a wave of calm.

Exhale what feels heavy.

Inhale clarity.

Exhale confusion.

Inhale balance.

Exhale all that you no longer need.

Let the breath become a rhythm,

A soft tide washing through you,

Clearing what's not yours to carry.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Notice its steady rhythm,

A quiet reminder that calm has never left you.

Imagine a warm light glowing at the center of your chest.

Steady,

Gentle,

Radiant,

With each inhale,

That light grows brighter.

And with each exhale,

It expands through your whole being.

Feel yourself realigning.

Body,

Mind,

And spirit returning to harmony.

Silently repeat after me,

Or simply let the words flow through you.

I am centered in this moment.

I release what no longer serves me.

I realign with peace,

Purpose,

And ease.

I trust myself to move forward with clarity.

Let these words ripple through your awareness like soft echoes of truth.

Feel your breath.

Steady and grounded again.

Feel your body,

Supported by the ground beneath you.

Notice how even a few minutes of stillness can shift the entire tone of your day.

Take one final deep breath in,

And exhale completely,

When you're ready,
