Hello,
This is a meditation to help when you are feeling ungrounded.
This can happen when our thoughts are very scattered,
We're feeling disconnected to our self,
Our mind,
Our body,
Our spirit.
We've literally got too much on our plate.
And we feel untethered,
Unreal.
No steadiness.
Or maybe don't even know our true self.
So if you are sitting in a comfortable,
Safe space,
We shall begin.
Firstly,
I like to call in and be grateful for.
.
.
Our guides who help to set sacred space.
We call upon and are grateful for Archangel Raphael.
Hilarion.
White Eagle.
Wisdom Keepers of the East.
The element of air.
It's a breath.
And we use this element.
To help to bring the flow back into our core.
We are all so grateful for and welcome in.
Archangel Michael and Metatron.
Sun God Ra.
Kali Ma.
The wisdom keepers of the South.
The element of fire.
And this element helps to bring the motivation.
To activate our intention of.
.
.
Being more connected to ourselves.
We're also grateful for and welcome in Archangel Gabriel.
The Mintakens.
They are children's.
To bring in.
The wisdom keepers of the West.
The element of water.
This allows for our truth to be expressed.
And helps to set an anchor for our groundedness,
Our connection to our truth.
We are all so grateful for and welcome in.
Archangel Uriel and Sandefon.
Mother Gaea.
Wisdom keepers of the north.
The element of earth.
This is the instrument to allow us to feel tethered,
Connected.
Stable.
Steady.
Rooted.
To have strong boundaries.
To enable us to come back to our centre when we need to.
When things are becoming very challenging.
When Our lives workbook is becoming rather heavy.
And we need to have the comfort of returning back to ourselves.
So now I want you to take your awareness to your breath.
Breathing.
In the stream of consciousness from the toes all the way up to the top of the head And as you do so,
I want you to think of which colours help you to come home to yourself.
When we are talking about grounding we often use colours such as red,
Orange.
Green.
Terracotta Brown.
Any colors that you connect with the earth are perfect for this meditation.
And now feel that colour swirling up your toes.
In Durango's.
Into your heels.
Up your likes.
Into your knees.
Into your thighs.
Around your buttocks.
Into your digestive system.
Into your chest.
Swirling around your throat and your neck into your face.
And your head.
Really feel that this color is helping you to feel.
More connected.
More home.
I'm going to leave you with a little bit of music to just explore this a little bit more.
And let us consider some of the reasons why we might be ungranted.
Often.
It is a childhood wound or ancestral or past life wound.
We have learned to expand our energy.
More into our subconscious and less away from our earthly existence.
As a form of defense to stop us from becoming further wounded because if we are not fully connected into our body we might feel it is easier.
For things to just rebound off us.
But this leads to a disconnection of the South.
Because we need all parts of ourselves working and collaborating together.
And if we are disconnected in that way.
It can be very challenging to reach the end of Tath.
Because we're not grounding them in.
We are not using our root chakra.
To ground them into reality.
They're just wishes and dreams.
With no real substance to them.
Sometimes we might have our energy base note,
If you like.
As connected with the element of air or water.
And this means we have a natural propensity to.
.
.
Fly away with the fairies if you like or flow with the water but not necessarily to embody the wishes and the dreams and the mental awarenesses,
The thought patterns.
And so if this is your challenge,
It is important to have a daily practice.
Where you help yourself to keep granting.
And remember.
.
.
That this will lead to a more balanced state of being.
So.
.
.
We are going to deepen this practice now and I want you to Intent.
Visualize or imagine.
That you are walking through an enchanted forest.
And this is a Scandinavian type forest.
And we can see trees like pine Fuh.
And we can smell the scent of these essences as we're walking softly I'm not a rat.
We traverse in our way.
Around these trees and as we walk it is as though our consciousness is becoming.
More and more stable.
More and more steady.
The deeper we go into this forest the more held and safe.
We begin to fail.
The air is alive with birds.
Sharpening The sun lights a gentle smile on your face.
And in this space you feel that anything is possible.
You can ground anything into being.
It is so safe,
So secure,
So steady.
There is no need to feel defensive.
Those scattered thoughts can rearrange themselves.
Your energy can come back.
Into being.
And now we're going to imagine.
That like the trees nearby we are also growing roots.
We're feeling them growing out of us.
Fake,
Wending their way down into Mother Earth.
Going deeper.
And deeper.
And deeper.
Going so deep.
That there is nothing that could.
.
.
Enable you to feel and study.
Not even the wind can move your rock solid.
Connection to Maghura.
Now see if she has any message for you.
Relating to this connection.
Remember these images.
What?
Feelings are just clues.
As to what is right for you,
As to what is true for you.
And now.
.
.
See if there is a color that wants to come through.
As you're breathing this color from the roots in Mother Earth.
Breathing it all the way up to the top of the head.
Helping to produce the stability.
The groundedness.
The connection.
Back to the heart of Mother Earth.
I will leave you a few minutes just.
.
.
Being aware.
Of this deep breathing practice.
Allow yourself to feel C.
Or know any downloads that may come up.
Allow any tears to fall.
And now let the image fade.
And take your awareness.
To any sounds you can hear.
Maybe labeling the sounds.
I can hear the sound of and then allowing that sound to just be like a leaf floating.
In the wind.
You're aware of it,
Yes,
But it is not going to interrupt the stillness.
The peace and the calm.
That you are now sitting within.
No.
I want you to take three deep breaths and as you do so have the intention that the breath has the ability to start waking up your body And on the third breath you might want to start wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Rotating your shoulders.
Having a stretch and a yawn.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
