Hello, This is a meditation to connect with Padme. The Mother Mary of the East. And also to connect with her golden ray. So if you are sitting or lying in a safe space where you will not be disturbed We shall begin. Firstly, I'd like to call in Sacred Space. This allows for a container for this sacred work. We call forth and are grateful for Archangel Raphael, Hilarion, White Eagle, The Wisdom Keepers of the East, The Mental Construct, Tch. We are all so grateful for. And welcome in the element of air. The breath. We are all so grateful for and welcome in. Archangel Michael and Metatron. The Wisdom Keepers of the South. Sun God Ra. And the element of fire. To bring in the motivation. Deactivation. They spark. We are all so grateful for and welcoming the wisdom keepers of the West. Archangel Gabriel. The mint tokens. They are children's. The element of water. We're also grateful for and welcoming Archangel Uriel and Sanderfarn. The element of Earth. The wisdom keepers of the North. And Mother Gaea. So if you would like to. Become aware of your body. How it is sitting or lying. And its position in the room. Of the people in the room. And now we are going to take our awareness to any sounds we can hear. There are loud sounds. And there are quiet sounds. Just become aware. Of the sounds. And see if you can visualize them. Like rose petals. Drifting in the waterfall of your mind. We can also use this process with our thoughts. They are just rose petals drifting through the stillness of our mind. Just take a few moments. To be aware, To be the silent witness to any sounds. To any thoughts. And now deepen this process. As you become aware of the quiet sounds. Sound my voice. The sound of your breath. Can you notice its gentle rhythm? Can you hear any other subtle sounds? Is your mind starting to clear? Are you able to become the silent witness? And now in this space. . . I want you to set an intention. During this process. I am going to become a silent witness to any thoughts. To any feelings, To any sounds. Let us set this intention now. And now we're going to take our awareness to our breath, Breathing in the stream of consciousness. From the toes. To the heels. To the ankles. Feel the breath flowing. Up your legs. Into your knees. Into your thighs. Round your hips. Flowing throughout the digestive system. I'll peel back. Into your chest. Tingling into the fingers. Into the wrist. Into the arms. Going all the way up to the head. This is becoming the gentle witness of our body. Padme is asking. Can we have awareness? Of any areas that feel out of balance. As she starts to shine her golden light. Onto these areas. And all we need to do is to allow this light to work, To allow this light to illuminate any shadowy areas. And now we are going to deepen this process. I want you to become aware of a scene in nature. There are so many lessons to be learnt from just being one. With the natural world. And in this visualization. We are going to walk through an enchanted forest. You can hear the sound of the birds as they are flying around in the canopy of the trees. You feel a gentle breeze on your skin. As you walk slowly forwards. In the distance you can hear the sound of water and you decide to follow this sound. As you wend your way through the trees, Feeling the gentle caress of the leaves on your skin and the crunch of them underfoot. You feel comfortably warm. And you can feel the warmth of the sun. As it lights its embrace. On your body. And you're following the sound of the stream as it dances. Making sparkles in the water. And somehow you find yourself. Immersing yourself into the pool, Into Padma's pool. And you can feel your whole body. Being infused. With the compassion and gentleness. As the golden ray from the water. Starts to light up your body. It is a sea king grey. Illuminating shadowy areas. Illuminating heaviness. She poses the question. Why do you carry so much? It is a question. That will unravel in time. That will disclose the answers. In time. But for now she plants that gentle seed, That gentle invitation. Where does the heaviness lie? How can this be navigated? And you can already start to feel. Some of the edges being cut. Loosen. Some of the threads being unraveled. And as you stay in this pool listening to the sound of the waterfall. And gentle. Melody from nature. Adding a lightness. New sense of buoyancy. Calmness. And now as we let the image fade. We send over our gratitude to Padme. So become aware once more of the breath. The stream of consciousness going from the toes up to the top of the head. And as you breathe deeply Allow the air to start to wake up your body. Becoming aware once more of the thoughts and sounds and visualising them. As rose petals on the waterfall of your mind. And I invite you now to make a few Rotations with the wrist.
