I would like to remind you that meditation is a personal practice,
So please take whatever I say and make it your own.
Please feel free to alter this practice to suit your own needs and comfort.
Today,
I would like to introduce some affirmations about self-acceptance,
Inner peace,
And gratitude.
Please find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels okay.
Focus on your breath.
Just notice however it is.
Now,
Please accept the following as truths for you.
I practice forgiveness,
A path to healing and peace and freeing myself.
I embrace flexibility.
I can adapt to changes and challenges with an open mind.
I embrace life's uncertainties and trust that they often lead to new experiences and opportunities.
I stay rooted in and appreciate the present.
I find joy and value in the now.
I acknowledge that I have made mistakes and I choose to focus on my growth.
I trust in my own strength and resilience.
I am capable of overcoming and growing beyond my fears.
I choose to be grateful for the countless reasons to appreciate the beauty in my life.
I forgive myself of any self-blame or guilt that I may carry from the past.
I honor my intuition and I trust my path.
I radiate confidence and positive energy.
I celebrate love in all of its forms.
I am worthy of love and I share love generously with those around me.
I embrace and accept myself for who I am.
I am unique,
Valuable and worthy exactly as I am.
In my authenticity,
I find strength,
Worth and uniqueness that adds value to the world.
I radiate warmth and positivity.
Now,
Return your focus to your breath.
Gently begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
If your eyes are closed,
You may open them now and slowly return to the space around you.
