And welcome to this meditation on trusting your growth like a seed beneath the earth,
Knowing that everything is unfolding in perfect timing.
Take a moment to settle in.
Find your comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Just allow your body to relax and gently close your eyes.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
And slowly exhaling through your mouth.
Again,
Deep breath in,
Filling your body with air,
And releasing it slowly,
Letting go of any tension or heaviness within.
One more deep breath in,
Hold it,
And as you exhale,
Imagine sinking deeper into the earth beneath you.
You are held and supported by Mother Earth.
Now bring your awareness to your body,
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath,
Feeling your chest expand and soften with each inhale,
And releasing with each exhale.
There is nothing to do,
Nothing to force,
Just allowing yourself to be present with your breath.
Imagine yourself now as a seed beneath the earth.
You are small,
Quiet,
Yet full of potential.
You are wrapped in the darkness of the soil,
Warm,
Soft,
And nurturing,
Being held by Mother Earth.
The earth cradles you,
Holding you in a space of stillness and safety.
There is no need to rush.
The seed does not force itself to grow.
It knows that growth happens in its own time,
In alignment with the rhythm of nature.
Feel yourself resting in this quiet space.
There is no pressure,
No expectations,
Just the deep knowing that you are supported.
With each breath,
Imagine the soft rain gently falling into the soil around you.
The water seeps down to you,
Nourishing you,
Giving you everything you need.
And now feel the warmth of the sun above you.
You can't see it yet,
But you can feel its warmth filtering down through the layers of soil,
Awakening something deep inside you.
You are not alone.
The earth,
The rain,
And the sun are all working together,
Supporting your growth.
Trust that you have everything you need within you.
Now imagine the first delicate root beginning to reach out from the seed.
It doesn't question if it will find water.
It trusts that the nourishment will come.
Feel that trust within you.
You don't need to force growth.
It's already happening beneath the surface,
In perfect alignment with your soul's path.
Breathe deeply,
Feeling yourself grounded in this knowing.
You are growing even when you can't see it.
You are evolving even when it feels like nothing is changing.
Feel the roots of the seed expanding further,
Reaching deeper into the earth,
Connecting with the life force energy of all around.
Now feel the first sprout gently pushing upward.
It moves towards the light,
Guided by an inner wisdom.
It doesn't need to know how it will grow or what it will become.
It simply trusts the process.
You are that seed.
You don't have to have all the answers.
You don't need to know exactly how things will unfold.
Your growth is natural.
It's inevitable.
And it's divinely supported.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Feel yourself softening into this trust.
Your heart is opening.
Your soul is expanding.
You are exactly where you need to be.
The seed doesn't rush becoming a tree.
It simply allows itself to grow slowly,
Steadily,
Trusting the seasons and the elements.
Trust that your growth is the same.
You are not behind.
You are not late.
You are exactly where you need to be right now.
Breathe in deeply.
And allow that truth to settle into your heart.
Feel yourself anchored in trust.
Grounded in the knowing that your growth is happening beneath the surface.
Now repeat these affirmations after me.
I trust the sacred rhythms of the earth.
My growth unfolds in harmony with all existence.
I am held by the soil and nourished by the rain.
My roots grow deep and my spirit rises strong.
I surrender to the ancient wisdom of the earth.
I know that my soul's path is guided and true.
Like the seed reaching towards the sun,
I trust sacred timing.
I am one with the heartbeat of the earth.
I am grounded,
Supported and growing in divine alignment.
Now bring your awareness back to your breath.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Coming back into the present moment.
When you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes,
Knowing that you carry this trust within you.
The quiet confidence that everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
You are growing,
You are becoming,
You already are enough.
Like the seed beneath the earth,
Knowing that everything happens in perfect timing.
