I have awakened into this new day I pause to remember all I have Thank you for the gift of breath in my body Light in my eyes And the quiet miracle of another beginning Today may I rise not in hurry,

But in presence Not in fear,

But in trust Not in striving,

But in alignment with what truly matters Let this day unfold through me with grace Guide my thoughts so they are kind and true Guide my words so they heal rather than harm Guide my actions so they reflect love,

Courage and integrity Where I feel tired,

Renew me Where I feel uncertain,

Steady me Where I feel closed,
