I call upon your light.

May clarity enter my mind,

May hope rise in my heart,

May I see this day with fresh eyes.

Guide me into action,

Guide me into inspired thoughts,

Guide me into peace.

Great Spirit of the South,

Direction of warmth,

Growth and trust,

Place of the inner child and sacred innocence,

I call upon your fire,

May my heart remain open,

May I walk gently upon this earth,

May I remember joy.

Teach me to move with love,

Teach me to soften where I have hardened,

Teach me to live with courage and compassion.

Great Spirit of the West,

Direction of the setting sun,

Place of reflection,

Emotion and transformation,
