Welcome dear soul to this meditation.

This is designed to gently calm the nervous system through sound,

Slowness,

And safety.

As with the style of ASMR,

Today I will be speaking in a whisper.

Welcome to this meditation.

Welcome.

All sated.

Feels comfortable.

Letting go.

There is nothing to visualize.

Nothing to process.

Nothing to work through.

Only soft,

Gentle guidance,

Pauses,

And the feeling of being held.

If you're listening in a time of overwhelm,

Fatigue,

Or restlessness,

Let this be a place where your system receives the message that you are now safe.

There is nothing you need to do.

Nothing you need to change.

Nothing to fix.

Allow your body to be exactly as you do.

Supported.

Notice the surface beneath you.

The quiet content.

Your weight is already being carried.

Your body already knows how to relax.

If it feels natural,

Bring your attention to not controlling it.

Inhale each exhale.

Let your shoulders rest easily.

Feel the belly soften.

The back of the body widening is being asked of you.

No need to follow them.

And as my voice continues,

Your body continues in its own time,

In its own rhythm.

Notice nothing is rushed.

Nothing is demanded.

Be here.

By your breath,

You can space if it comes.

Let deep rest come.

And as you let go,

Coming back,

Even as I go,
