Welcome,

This somatic ASMR reset gently guides your nervous system out of old patterns held in the body,

Where the past quietly lingers as tension,

Vigilance or holding through slow whispered guidance and body based awareness,

You are invited to soften,

To soften what no longer serves and allow the system to return to safety,

Presence and ease,

Before releasing anything,

The body must feel safe enough to let go,

So we begin here with permission,

Not pressure,

Let your body settle in to the surface beneath you,

Seated or laying down,

Supported,

If it feels right,

Or soften your gaze,

Take a slow breath in through the nose and release it through the mouth,

The past does not leave through force,

It leaves through safety and the body begins to know it,

Longer exhale,

Tell the nervous system,

Danger is not here anymore,

With these slow,

As you keep breathing,

The body already knows,

It's been holding something here,

Danger has tightness,

Let it soften,

The nervous system learns,

But it is not the past anymore,

With each breath out,

In every cell of your body,

From old survival patterns,

Feel the body updating,

The body recalibrating,

Choosing now to seal the release,

And you can say this in your mind,

If just a little,

The surface beneath you,

Carry this knowing within you,

Your nervous system is even when you are not,
