Hi,

Frankie here,

Welcome to this inner child meditation.

Find yourself in a comfortable space where you can fully relax and let go.

Allow your breath to be your guide as you open your heart to the child within.

This inner child meditation is part of a powerful series to help you reconnect and heal your inner child.

Each meditation in this series focuses on different aspects of inner child work.

Identifying and healing emotional wounds,

Rediscovering joy,

Offering forgiveness and reclaiming your inner strength.

By nurturing your inner child,

You create a foundation of self love,

Confidence and emotional freedom.

If or when emotions come up,

Just let them flow,

Hug yourself and your inner child.

You can also push pause or come back tomorrow if you feel overwhelmed.

Take a moment now to settle in,

Knowing that this is a safe place for you to heal and grow.

Let's begin,

Take a deep breath in and slowly release it out.

Another deep breath in and let it go.

Now allow your breath to settle into a natural rhythm of slow deep breaths in and out of your body.

Today we'll reconnect with and nurture your inner child through love and gratitude.

As you breathe,

Begin to turn your attention inward.

Feel your body relaxing with each breath.

Let your shoulders soften,

Your jaw release and your belly relax.

There is nothing you need to do right now,

But be present with yourself.

I invite you to gently bring your awareness to your heart center.

Imagine a soft warm light glowing in your chest.

A golden light of love and compassion.

As you breathe,

Feel this light expanding,

Growing warmer and brighter with each inhale.

With each exhale,

Releasing anything that's not for your highest good.

From this place of warmth and safety,

Begin to visualize yourself as a child.

Picture your younger self at any age that feels right for you.

See yourself standing before you.

Maybe you're around 5 or 6 years old.

With innocent eyes and an open heart.

Notice the expression on your face.

The clothes you're wearing.

The way your younger self is holding their body.

If it feels comfortable,

Walk towards this younger version of yourself.

Notice how they react to you.

They may look shy or curious.

They may reach out or hesitate.

However they respond,

Know that it's okay.

Taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

As you kneel down now,

You're at eye level with your younger self.

Softly say to them,

I see you.

I'm here with you.

You are safe.

Notice how they respond.

Place your hands over your heart and feel that golden light radiating warmth and love.

With each breath,

Imagine this light flowing from your heart to your inner child.

A soft stream of golden light wrapping them in comfort and safety.

As you send this light to your inner child,

Begin to speak from your heart and say,

I love you.

You are enough.

You are perfect just as you are.

I am here for you.

You are never alone.

Feel the warmth of these words flowing through you and into your inner child.

See the light around them glowing brighter as they feel your love and support.

Imagine now taking their small hand into yours.

Looking into their eyes,

Say thank you.

Thank you for being brave.

Thank you for surviving.

Thank you for showing me what true innocence and joy feels like.

Thank you for guiding me with your curiosity and wisdom.

Take a deep breath in and just let it go.

Feel any barriers between you and your inner child melting away.

Any wounds,

Any fear,

Any sense of separation dissolving into the golden light of love and gratitude.

Now gently place your hands over your younger self's heart and say,

I love you exactly as you are.

I will always protect you.

You are safe with me.

See your inner child smiling,

Feeling safe and loved.

Notice how their face softens as they accept your love.

Now imagine wrapping them in a warm hug.

Feel their small arms around you.

Feel the softness of their hair.

The warmth of their body.

Breathe in this connection.

Let this moment fill you with peace.

As you hold your inner child,

Say one more phrase from your heart.

I love you and I will always be here for you.

Slowly begin to release the embrace.

See your inner child stepping back,

Now surrounded by the golden light.

They are safe,

They are held and they are loved.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Coming back now,

Gently bring your awareness back into your body.

Notice the surface beneath you.

Noticing the rhythm of your breath.

Notice the sensations of your hands.

When you are ready to open your eyes,

Take a moment to sit with the feeling of connection and love.

Knowing that you can return to this place whenever you feel safe and supported.

You and your inner child are whole.

You and your inner child are loved.

You and your inner child are enough.

Give yourself and your inner child some gratitude for taking these steps today.

You can do this meditation time and time again to connect deeper.
