Welcome,

Dear soul,

To this quick grounding and connection to the earth.

Take a deep breath in,

And release it slowly.

Another deeper breath,

Letting your belly,

Your chest,

Expand.

And hold this breath in your heart,

And slowly exhale.

Now feel the ground beneath you,

Steady,

Unwavering,

Always here.

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Reaching down into the earth.

With every inhale,

Draw in the strength and stability of Mother Earth.

Feel the grounding in your body.

Take another deep breath in,

All the way to your heart,

And as you exhale slowly,

Release all that you no longer need.

Whisper softly,

I am grounded,

I am supported,

I am home,

Grounded in my body.

Rest in this truth,

Steady and connected.

Now take this feeling into your body,

Take it into your day.
