Tonight we are stepping into a gentle journey designed to ease your body,

Quiet your mind and help you drift softly into deep peaceful sleep.

Make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Settle your body.

Allow everything around you to support you fully.

Take a slow breath in and a long soft breath out.

Feel your body begin to loosen as the day slowly fades into the distance.

With gentle deep inhales and even slower exhale.

Gently let your belly expand.

Exhale,

Belly contracting slowly.
