Hi,

Frankie here,

Welcome to this meditation,

All In,

The Power of True Presence.

This is a short invitation to fully arrive in the present moment,

Grounding deeply into your body,

Heart and spirit,

Where true magic unfolds when you are truly all in.

This is a great little meditation to help you drop into presence anytime,

Anywhere.

Now get comfortable in your place for meditation today.

Close your eyes,

Let your hands rest gently.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and gently out through your mouth.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the ground beneath you.

With your breath,

Let yourself arrive here and now.

This moment is yours,

Nothing else matters.

You are now going to anchor with your breath,

Let your breath be natural.

Notice it,

Feel it move in and out of your body.

Each inhale draws inward and each exhale lets the noise fall away.

Let your breath become a quiet rhythm,

Steady,

Simple,

Sacred.

Awareness now into your body,

Bring your awareness to your feet,

Feel them from the inside out,

Alive,

Anchored.

Awareness now moving up your legs,

Awareness to your hips,

Spine,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Face.

Awareness to your whole body,

Notice where you hold tension.

Take time to breathe into those parts.

As you do this,

Let every part of you soften into presence.

Now gently bring your attention to your heart,

Not just the physical space but the energetic heart.

Ask silently,

Am I all in?

Without judgment,

Simply notice what arises.

Where in your life are you half there?

Where are you holding back?

Breathe love into those places.

Affirm to yourself,

I choose to be here fully,

Deeply,

Truly.

Imagine a golden light glowing in your heart.

With each breath it expands.

Filling your chest,

Your body,

Your energy field,

This is your presence,

You're all in,

Let it radiate through you.

Awaken within you,

Bringing awareness and aliveness.

Feel now how it shifts the space inside and around you.

Take one final deep breath in,

And let it out slowly.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Gently open your eyes when you're ready.

Look around you with presence.

Now carry this presence with you wherever you go.

Remember,

Being here is not enough,

Being all in is where the magic lives.

Presence is always just one breath away.
