It's completely natural to feel worried or stressed about money,

Opportunities,

Or other areas of life where you might be experiencing lack.

However,

These thoughts can cloud your perception and prevent you from seeing the abundance that already exists around you.

This quick meditation will guide you in acknowledging those feelings and then redirecting your focus towards gratitude and prosperity.

Use this practice anytime you feel scarcity thoughts creeping in and need to realign with the mindset of abundance.

Let's start by finding a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes gently and allow your shoulders to relax.

Begin by taking three deep breaths.

We're going to inhale deeply through your nose,

Letting your belly rise,

And then you're going to exhale slowly through your mouth like you're blowing through a straw.

Ready?

Inhale deeply and exhale,

Releasing any tension in your body.

Inhale again and exhale,

Letting go of any stress or worry.

Inhale deeply one more time and exhale,

Feeling your body start to relax completely.

Now bring your attention inward.

Notice any thoughts of lack or scarcity that you might be holding onto.

Acknowledge these thoughts without judgment.

It's okay to feel this way,

But remember,

Where your focus goes,

Energy flows.

As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily,

Focus on the following affirmations to help you release thoughts of lack and embrace abundance.

I acknowledge my feelings of lack and understand they are just thoughts,

Not my reality.

I choose to release scarcity and welcome abundance into my life.

There is more than enough money,

Opportunities,

And resources for everyone,

Including me.

I am safe,

Secure,

And provided for in every moment.

I focus on the abundance that is already present in my life and I express gratitude for it.

Where my focus goes,

Energy grows,

And I choose to focus on prosperity and abundance.

I am open to receiving all the wealth and opportunities the universe has to offer.

Feel the energy of these affirmations filling your body with each breath.

Imagine a warm golden light at your core,

Growing stronger and more radiant with every inhale and expanding outward with every exhale,

Enveloping you in a sense of abundance and prosperity.

This short meditation will become a part of my daily self care. My financial struggles really dim my light. I not only feel it. My intuitive friends see it. Practicing gratitude doesn’t seem to be enough. Hopeful having this meditation embracing the abundance that already exists in my life on repeat, will help create a more positive mindset that doesn’t tie my self worth/esteem to my bank account. Even on days my time is limited, I can always find four minutes 🌈💰 Looking forward to checking out more meditations by this lovely new teacher on IT💞
