Welcome,

Mama.

This is your pause,

Your reset,

Your chance to recharge your energy in just a few minutes.

No matter how busy your day has been,

Or how many tasks wait for you,

Right now you are here,

Giving yourself permission to rest and renew.

Find a position that feels comfortable.

You might be sitting upright with your back supported,

Or lying down with your body stretched out.

Let your hands rest naturally,

And if you'd like,

Gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Expanding your lungs fully,

And exhale slowly through the mouth,

Letting go of tension.

Again,

A full nourishing breath in,

And a complete breath out.

One more time.

Inhale deeply,

Receiving fresh energy.

Exhale fully,

Releasing tiredness and stress.

Nothing else matters right now.

Bring awareness to your body.

Notice where it connects with the surface beneath you.

Feel that you are supported.

Start with your feet.

Allow them to relax,

Softening your toes,

Your arches,

Your feet,

Your heels.

Move upward into your calves and shins.

Release any tightness.

Soften your knees,

Your thighs,

Your hips.

Allow the whole lower body to feel heavy,

Grounded,

At ease.

Now,

Bring attention to your belly.

Perhaps it has been tight,

Holding stress.

With your next exhale,

Let it soften.

Let your breath flow easily in and out.

Notice your chest.

With each inhale,

It rises gently.

With each exhale,

It relaxes.

Feel the rhythm of your breathing soothing you.

Soften your shoulders,

Often carrying the invisible load of the day.

Let them drop away from your ears.

Relax your arms,

Your wrists,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Let them be still and free.

Now,

Your face.

Unclench your jaw.

Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Soften your cheeks,

Your eyelids,

Your forehead.

Your whole body is letting go,

Moment by moment.

Now,

Focus on your breath.

We'll use the rhythm to restore balance and recharge.

Inhale gently through your nose for a count of 4.

1,

2,

3,

4.

Hold for a brief pause.

Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of 6.

6.

As you inhale,

Imagine fresh,

Bright energy flowing into your body.

As you exhale,

Imagine all tiredness,

All stress leaving you.

Breathe in energy,

Breathe out exhaustion.

Breathe in light,

Breathe out heaviness.

Stay with this rhythm for several rounds,

Feeling yourself becoming lighter,

Calmer,

Renewed.

Now,

Imagine a soft golden light above your head.

This light represents pure energy and strength.

As you breathe in,

See this light gently flowing into you,

Feeling your head,

Your face,

Your mind.

It washes away mental clutter,

The racing thoughts,

The to-do lists,

The worries that have followed you all day.

Like sunlight breaking through clouds,

The golden glow clears space inside your mind,

Leaving behind clarity and calm.

With each breath,

The golden light moves downward,

Into your neck and shoulders.

Feel it loosening tight muscles,

Dissolving the weight you've been carrying,

The heaviness lifts,

Replaced by ease and warmth.

The light flows into your chest and heart.

Imagine it glowing brightly here,

Expanding with every inhale.

This is the center of your energy,

Your love,

Your vitality.

Each heartbeat now pulses with renewed strength and peace.

As the light spreads into your belly,

Picture it soothing every organ,

Releasing tension and bringing balance.

It moves through your hips and legs,

All the way down to your feet,

Grounding you in steady strength.

Now see your entire body glowing from head to toe,

Radiant,

Vibrant,

Alive.

Around you,

The golden light expands,

Forming a protective aura.

It's as if you're wrapped in a cocoon of energy that recharges you with every breath.

Notice how your body feels lighter,

Your mind clearer,

Your heart calmer.

In this moment,

You are completely replenished,

Safe and strong.

Now,

Silently or aloud,

Repeat these affirmations,

Letting them land gently in your mind and heart.

My energy is returning with every breath.

I am recharged,

Calm and strong.

I release exhaustion and welcome renewal.

I can give to others because I first give to myself.

I am worthy of rest and restoration.

Feel these words sinking into your body,

As if the golden light itself is whispering them to you.

Take a few breaths here in stillness,

No effort,

Just resting in the golden light,

Fully receiving.

Notice how your mind feels clearer,

Your body lighter,

Your heart more open.

Now it is time to return,

Slowly,

Gently.

Notice your breath,

Calm,

Steady,

Alive.

Notice your body,

Supported,

But now more vibrant,

More awake.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Roll your shoulders softly,

Take one last deep breath in,

Filling with bright golden energy,

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any final traces of heaviness.

When you're ready,

Softly open your eyes,

Feel refreshed,

Renewed.

Remember,

Mama,

You can return to this place anytime.

Your energy is always here,

Waiting to be renewed.
