Hello and welcome to this week-long meditation series designed to help you begin each day with intention,

Reflection,

And a sense of inner calm.

Each meditation is inspired by a day of the week,

Offering a unique focus to support your mindset and well-being.

By setting aside just five minutes each day,

You can cultivate presence,

Reduce stress,

And be more aware and in charge of your own internal experience.

So welcome to Monday,

A fresh beginning.

Monday is named after the moon,

Which represents cycles,

Renewal,

And intuition.

Just as the moon moves through its phases,

We too shift and change.

To get started,

Find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes if that feels good for you,

And take a deep breath in through your nose,

Slowly filling your lungs.

Hold for a moment,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Let's do that two more times.

Inhale deeply,

Hold,

And exhale.

Long breath out,

Releasing tension.

Now I'd like you to bring to mind the idea of cycles.

Just like the moon,

Life moves in rhythms,

Expansion and rest,

Action and reflection.

Imagine standing under a night sky,

The cool glow of the moon surrounding you.

Feel its soft light washing over you,

Clearing away any resistance to the week ahead.

This may also be a moment to tap into your own intuition.

With each inhale,

Breathe in fresh energy for this new beginning.

With each exhale,

Let go of any worry or hesitation.

Inhale fresh new energy,

And exhale worry and hesitation.

Now,

With this being Monday,

Let's set an intention for the week ahead.

What energy do you want to bring into this week?

Focus on a word or feeling.

It might be something like ease,

Clarity,

Kindness,

Or patience.

Breathe it in deeply,

Letting it settle within you.

Try your best to come back to this word over and over,

Letting it help guide you through the week.

Take a final deep breath in,

Feeling a sense of renewed calm.

And as you open your eyes,

Wiggle your fingers,

And let this breath exhale out of you.

Carry your intention forward.

By taking just these few moments each day to pause,

Reflect,

And breathe,
