Welcome to your morning ascension.

Good morning.

Let's begin by lying down comfortably or if you'd like you can also rest in a seated position.

Let your body start to soften.

It probably already is since this is the first thing or the first few things that you are doing in your morning today.

And so with that softness let your breath arrive naturally,

Gently.

Just remind yourself in this moment how safe you are,

That you are here and your day is just beginning.

Bring your awareness to your right hand.

And feel your thumb,

Your index finger,

Your middle finger,

Your ring finger,

Your pinky.

Feel your palm,

The back of the hand,

The wrist,

Your forearm,

Your elbow,

Your upper arm,

Shoulder.

Together feel your whole right arm alive and present.

Now your left hand.

Feel your thumb,

Your index,

The middle finger,

The ring finger,

Your pinky,

Your palm,

Back of the hand,

Your wrist,

Your forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

And your shoulder.

Feel your whole left arm vibrant,

Balanced.

Now both arms together.

You are awake.

Bring your awareness to your feet,

Your right foot,

And your left foot.

Feel the presence of your toes,

Heels,

Arches,

Ankles.

Feel both of your legs grounded.

Grounded.

And then bring awareness to your spine,

To your back,

To your shoulders,

Neck,

As they are fully open.

Bring your attention now to your face.

Relax your face.

Unclench your jaw.

Bring your eyes to ease,

Even as they are closed.

Your head resting,

Light,

And you are spacious.

Now feel your breath,

Your inhalation natural and effortless,

Your exhalation natural and spacious.

Each breath gently energizing you,

Awakening your body,

And clearing your mind.

Imagine golden light at the center of your chest now.

It is soft,

It is warm,

It is expansive.

With each breath,

It starts to grow,

Spreading through your whole entire body,

Down to your toes,

Out to through your fingertips,

Up to the crown of your head.

Think of this as your inner sunrise.

You are waking into clarity and into vitality.

Now,

Start to bring awareness back to your physical body.

Feel the surface beneath you,

The sounds around you,

Feel your fingers,

Your toes.

Go ahead and gently stretch if it feels good.

Take a deep breath in,

And a soft breath out.

When you're ready,

You can start to slowly open your eyes,

And step into this day alive,

Clear,

And ascended.
