Welcome.
The focus for our meditation today is balance.
So as we begin,
Let's find a comfortable position.
So whatever that looks like for you,
Maybe that's seated or lying down.
Then as we become comfortable in our chosen position,
Let's close our eyes or soften our gaze.
Let's bring awareness to our breath,
Taking a slow inhale through our nose and a slow exhale out our nose.
Let's continue with our slow inhales and slow exhales.
Just coming a little bit deeper into our breath awareness,
Maybe noticing if with each exhale you can feel your body relax just a little bit more.
And allow yourself to arrive,
Be in this moment fully.
Let's bring awareness to our physical body,
To the places where your body connects to the earth.
Maybe that's your feet,
Your legs,
Your hips,
And your back.
Feel the steady support beneath you.
Imagine the earth offering you strength and steadiness,
A calm foundation for the day.
Like the sun,
You rise slowly,
Bringing light without urgency.
Now let's bring attention back to our breath.
As we inhale,
Inviting in clarity and calm.
And as we exhale,
Releasing heaviness or tension.
Notice the balance between breathing in and breathing out.
Receiving and letting go.
Each breath preparing you to meet the day with grace.
If thoughts arise,
Acknowledge them softly and return to your breath.
Now I invite you to visualize a soft,
Warm,
Golden light just below your ribcage.
As you inhale,
The soft,
Golden light gently rises,
Filling your chest,
Your shoulders,
All the way to the crown of your head,
Awakening clarity,
Intuition,
And inner wisdom.
As you exhale,
The soft,
Golden light flows downward,
Filling your belly,
Your pelvic floor,
Offering grounding,
Safety,
And rest.
With each inhale,
The light gently rises.
And with each exhale,
It grounds into your center,
Steady,
Warm,
Alive.
You are awakening your energy,
Honoring your natural rhythm.
Held between doing and being.
Between strength and softness.
This is balance.
Now I invite you to bring awareness to your heart space.
Ask yourself quietly,
What does balance look like for me today?
Let an intention form,
A word,
A feeling,
Or an image.
Perhaps presence,
Ease,
Courage,
Softness,
Or trust.
Hold this intention gently,
Not as something to strive for,
But something to return to.
Silently repeat to yourself,
Today I move with balance and clarity.
I honor my energy.
I meet this day with calm strength.
Let these words settle into your body.
Begin to deepen your breath.
Maybe gently bringing some movement into your body.
Maybe that looks like wiggling fingers and toes.
Or rotating your wrists and ankles.
When you're ready,
Opening your eyes.
I invite you to carry this grounded light with you.
Into conversation,
Movement,
And rest.
And allow this day to unfold with balance.
Thank you for sharing your meditation practice with me today.
I hope you have a beautiful day.
