Self-love is a gentle, grounding practice to help you stay present with yourself without judgment or effort. This meditation invites you to soften the body, settle the breath, and reconnect with a steady sense of inner care. There is nothing to fix or achieve—only an opportunity to remain with yourself as you are. Return to this practice whenever you need steadiness, reassurance, or a quiet place to rest within.

Take a moment to arrive,

Get yourself comfortable,

And acknowledge that the only thing that is required of you right now is to listen and receive.

You are here and that is enough.

There is a steadiness within you that has never needed to be proven.

It does not argue or rush.

It simply exists.

Allow yourself to feel that.

Allow yourself to remember what has always been true.

You are worthy.

Breathe in slowly and feel your body receive the breath.

Breathe out and allow yourself to soften.

There is no part of you that needs correction in order to be met with care.

You are allowed to be exactly as you are in this moment.

Notice what it feels like to offer yourself attention without criticism,

To meet yourself without demands,

To remain present even if something feels tender or unclear.

This is self-love.

Not a feeling to chase,

But a relationship to stay in.

You are the one who will walk with yourself through every season of your life.

This presence matters.

Let the breath move gently through your body.

Allow awareness to settle inward without forcing anything.

Simply noticing.

Silently allow these permissions to land.

I am allowed to be here.

I am allowed to take my time.

I am allowed to care for myself without justification.

Feel how the body responds when effort drops away.

With each breath,

Inhabit your own space more fully.

Not expanding outward.

More like settling inward.

If thoughts arise,

Let them pass.

If sensations arise,

Let them be felt.

Nothing needs to be changed.

You belong to yourself.

Allow this knowing to move downward through the body,

Into the chest,

The belly,

The legs,

And the feet.

Feel the earth supporting you.

Take one final unforced breath.

When you return to movement or open your eyes,

Carry this orientation with you.

A willingness to stay connected.

And a commitment to meet yourself with respect and dignity.

Self-love is not something you achieve.

It's something you practice by not leaving yourself.

Thank you for being here today with me.

May this self-love meditation arrive at the perfect time to support you.
