Welcome to Be With Melinda,
A place for soul restoration and healing on all levels.
The level we are working on today is called Neshama.
This meditation is called rooted in Shekhinah,
Light of wisdom.
Find a comfortable position.
Let your body be supported by the earth.
Close your eyes and notice the breath moving gently in and out.
Neshama means breath,
But not the wind of Ruach.
It's the divine breath.
The awareness and higher mind breathed into you by the Holy One.
When you enter Neshama,
You breathe the light of Shekhinah into your consciousness,
Opening to truth,
Insight,
And clarity.
Inhale,
Feeling the breath rise from your heart into the center of your forehead.
Exhale,
Letting the mind soften,
Open,
And clear.
With each inhale,
Imagine the light of Shekhinah streaming into your mind,
Illuminating thought with compassion and clarity.
Above you shines Binah,
Understanding,
The receptive womb of insight.
Next is Chochmah,
Wisdom,
The flash of pure inspiration.
And at the crown,
Keter,
The silent point of divine will,
The gateway to the infinite.
Feel Binah on the upper left,
Deep,
Receptive,
Understanding,
Just above and behind your left eye.
Feel Chochmah on the upper right,
The spark of inspiration,
Just above and behind your right eye.
Above them both is Keter,
Hovering just above the crown of your head,
The silent gateway to the infinite.
Together,
These three sefirot form the palace of your Neshama,
Where Shekhinah's light pours directly into your awareness.
She is here as pure radiance,
Soft and expansive,
Revealing truth without force.
She is the gentle teacher who reminds you that wisdom is not taken,
It's received.
Let her light rest in you now,
No effort,
No grasping,
Only receiving.
Silently or aloud,
Repeat after me,
My mind is clear,
My soul is bright,
I rest in the wisdom of the Holy One.
Shekhinah shines through me.
Bring awareness back to your breath.
Feel the connection from crown to heart,
From heart to body.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
You have returned carrying the light of Neshama,
The wisdom of Binah,
Chochmah and Keter into your everyday life.
May your mind remain open,
Your thoughts guided by truth,
And your soul filled with the light of wisdom.
Amen.
