Hello,

Little explorer.

Today we are going on a special adventure,

A journey into the world of mindfulness.

Mindfulness means paying attention to what's happening right now,

Inside you and all around you.

But today,

We are going to learn mindfulness in the most magical way,

By creating a magical bubble that will take us all on an incredible journey.

Are you ready?

Let's begin.

First,

Find a cozy place to sit.

You can sit cross-legged,

Like a little frog,

Or on a chair with your feet on the ground.

Take a big,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly let it out through your mouth.

One more time.

In through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

Feel your belly move like a balloon,

Filling up and gently letting go.

As you breathe,

Imagine you are inside a warm,

Glowing bubble,

And with every breath,

It grows bigger and bigger,

Until it surrounds you like a magical floating cocoon.

Next,

I want you to imagine you have a special bubble wand.

But this isn't just any bubble wand,

It's an enchanted one.

You hold it in your hands,

And feel its gentle energy tingling in your fingers.

When you blow a bubble with it,

It doesn't pop like a regular bubble,

Instead it stays with you,

Floating,

Glowing with rainbow colors,

And taking you on a magical journey.

Take a deep breath,

And blow your first bubble.

Whoosh,

There it is,

It shimmers in the air,

Dancing like a tiny planet in the sky.

Now,

Let's step into the bubble.

You feel light as a feather as your magic bubble lifts you gently,

Floating above the ground.

Now that you are floating inside your magic bubble,

Let's listen to the world around you.

The bubble is like a magic microphone,

It helps you hear things you've never noticed before.

What sounds can you hear?

Maybe the soft rustling of leaves,

Or distant songs of birds,

Or even the gentle beat of your own heart.

Each sound is a part of the world's music,

Playing just for you.

If you hear something,

Just notice it,

You don't need to change anything,

Just listen.

Like a detective finding hidden clues in the air,

What's the quietest sound you can hear?

Your magic bubble starts floating slowly through the sky,

And as it moves,

You become aware of your body inside of it.

How do your feet feel?

Are they resting gently,

Or do they want to wiggle?

Let's wiggle our toes,

And notice how they feel.

Now,

Let's check on your hands,

Wiggle your fingers,

And feel the air between them.

Your body is amazing,

It helps you move,

Play,

And explore.

Suddenly,

Your bubble takes you through a soft cloud,

It feels like a fluffy hug,

As it brushes against your arms and legs.

What does it feel like on your skin?

Is it cool,

Or warm?

As your bubble floats higher,

You notice tiny glowing clouds floating inside of it.

These clouds hold different feelings.

One cloud might feel like happiness,

Another like excitement,

And maybe there's even a little cloud of shyness or frustration.

That's okay,

All feelings are a part of the adventure.

Imagine holding one of these tiny clouds in your hands.

What color is it?

What does it feel like?

Take a deep breath,

And let the cloud gently float away,

Watching it drift and swirl.

Feelings come and go,

Just like the cloud in the sky,

And we can notice them without being carried away by them.

Now,

Let's take a moment to thank our bubble for carrying us on this wonderful journey.

Say in your mind or out loud,

Thank you bubble.

Watch as your bubble begins to shrink gently,

Bringing you back down,

Lower and lower,

Until you feel yourself sitting safely on the ground again.

The bubble gives you one last soft hug before it disappears into a tiny spark of light.

You feel calm,

Strong,

And ready for your day.

You did such an amazing job on your mindfulness journey today.

Remember,

You can imagine your magic bubble anytime to help you notice your breath,

Your feelings,

Or the world around you.

Now,

Give yourself a big hug or a huge smile,

Because you are wonderful,

Just as you are.
