Hello soul travelers,

Welcome.

I'm Cherie and it's always an honor and a privilege to connect with you in this space.

And how wonderful it is to be able to gift one another this time together.

So I just want to say I'm very grateful for you dropping in here and for us to be able to spend this time in presence and honoring those deeper parts of ourselves that often get forgotten about and caught up in the busyness,

Get left behind.

So today I have a very special gift for you.

It's a part of my personal poetry.

And I've been writing for a very long time.

And when I say a very long time,

I've been writing since I was about 12 or 13 years old.

I'm now in my mid 40s and I actually haven't shared a lot of my writing with very many people.

I've shared some with my mom and some of those people that are really,

Really close to me because what I write is from my heart.

It's from my soul.

And it's about my journey.

And I felt that it was time for me to bring that into the light and bring it out into the public eye.

Because for me,

It's brought about profound healing,

Transformation and expansion.

And it gives me an opportunity to share the deeper parts of myself that sometimes just don't,

You know,

They're not seen or they're not brought to the surface.

So I thought,

What a wonderful way to add some music and for me to read these words and for you to receive them as a gift and for you to be able to contemplate and receive and then go out into the world and create change and transform your own lives.

So my intention behind this is to encourage,

Support and let you know that you can do absolutely anything you put your mind to.

You really can.

Your mind,

Your body and your soul.

And if you have that call to create,

As we all do,

To bring something to life,

Into the world,

I really encourage you to start and do so and take the first step today.

So I have a piece that I'm going to share and I'm going to invite you to just get comfy.

This piece is called All That I Am.

And all you need to do is receive.

All you need to do is feel and acknowledge whatever arises and whatever comes up in your body.

Whatever comes up in your heart and whatever comes up in your soul.

So if you want to get comfortable,

Probably lying down is the best with this one.

But if you'd like to sit up,

That's OK as well.

And just get yourself really comfortable.

And if you need to pause the audio to grab a blanket or something like a pillow to make you more comfortable,

Then please do.

And so now if we can just start to get comfortable and feel the weight of our body wherever we're sitting or lying.

And we're going to just start to slow things down.

Start to slow it down and deepen our breath.

Feel the flow of our life force flowing through our bodies.

And just to see where our breathing is at today.

Where is your breathing at?

You may think,

Oh,

I haven't really taken deep breaths for a little while.

This is great.

My body's going,

Oh,

Please.

This is fantastic.

This is just an opportunity to really drop in,

Taking a big deep breath in through the nose.

And out through the mouth,

Releasing,

Releasing anything that you need to hold on to right now.

Taking your time to really sink into where you are.

Our breath connects us with the state of now.

State of presence.

When we begin to tap into breathing again.

Remind ourselves,

Here we are right here,

Right now.

Deepening the breath,

Releasing any energy that doesn't need to be inside.

Coming into a really comfortable position,

Allowing the shoulders to drop.

Allowing yourself to really arrive.

I'm going to give you a few moments to just follow your breath in through the nose,

Out through the nose.

Just start to deepen it more and more into the belly.

And you may want to put one hand on your heart and one hand on your tummy.

Start to feel the flow of the energy that's present.

And in a few moments,

I will begin.

All that I am.

I honour all the parts of me.

That which I have come to know.

I honour this well inside of me.

Often fruits that are never shown.

I honour every piece I see.

That which is in you too.

I honour the parts of me.

Those that are unknown too.

I honour the pulsing beat inside that reminds me I'm alive.

I honour the senses that are a gift and a guide.

I honour the whispers that I feel.

Understanding what spirit has said.

I honour that which I have come to know and understanding each thread.

I honour all the learnings that have carried me on my way.

I honour every lesson that has brought me to where I stand today.

I honour your sweet smile at me.

I know a connection has been made.

I honour this state of beingness as we rewrite our story each day.

I honour the golden thread of truth connecting us all to a higher glory.

I honour the beauty in all of us.

We are all born to share our story.

And just keep breathing.

And feeling.

And sensing.

And allowing.

Allowing yourself to fully be here.

Continue to receive the wave of words.

Through your heart.

Through your mind.

Through your body and your soul.

I'm just going to give you a few moments to feel the resonance and then allow yourself to come back into the room whenever you're ready.

And I'm going to invite you to take some time to journal after this session.

It's been an honour.

And I thank you and I'm grateful every time to connect here with you.
