As you breathe into this moment,
Take your left hand and place it over your heart chakra,
The energy center in the middle of your chest.
And allow the breath to move through your nose and down into your heart.
Feel as your chest rises.
Feel the center of you pressing against the palm of your hand.
Feeling yourself connect to the rhythm of your heart.
The slow and steady beating of life alive inside you.
And as you pause here with this connection to your breath and your heart,
Feel how the Earth is holding you.

Know she is holding you,
Supporting you,
And loving you.

And as you can feel your body relaxing and becoming one with the heartbeat of the Earth,
Take your right hand and place it gently over your second chakra,
The energy center just a few fingertips below your belly button,
The center of you that is connected to your creative,
Intuitive intelligence.
Feel the breath coming in through your nose all the way through your body and down into your belly and into your right hand.
And with the palm of your right hand pressed against your belly,
Imagine the spinning of your second chakra slowing down,
Allowing any frantic energy to move from this center down your legs and out your feet.
Feel the anxiousness,
