Double inhale,
Tense all the muscles in your body.
Double exhale,
Release.
Close your eyes.
Gaze just slightly upwards under closed eyelids.
Sit up nice and tall.
Arms turned upwards.
Shoulders relaxed.
Are open.
Start breathing deeply through the nose.
Really feeling your belly expand and relax back in.
One of the keys to relaxation and meditation.
And getting deeper into it as if you could have the willpower the first few minutes of meditation.
To stay with your eyes closed and stay absolutely still.
Easier it is later on.
Right now,
The only movement is your breath.
Keep your eyes gazing upwards,
But I want you to pay attention to the feeling and the sensation of the breath going up and down your spine.
If you don't quite feel it,
Just imagine it.
That's the movement of energy in your body.
Long,
Slow breaths.
Taking the inhale and exhale even.
You can count inside your head if that helps you keep an even rhythm.
Listen to the sound of your breath.
Relax your breathing so that it just falls in its natural rhythm.
It's as if the pieces of life fall where they're meant to.
Almost as if everything just lines up and naturally happens in the way that we want.
You're listening to the sound of your breath.
Long as you inhale.
As you exhale.
And silently recite Hong while you inhale,
Sa while you exhale.
I want you to imagine that.
As I mentioned,
Letting your breath happen naturally so the pieces of life fall into place.
I want you to imagine that just allowing yourself to breathe in its natural rhythm.
Is the biggest step that you can take.
To figuring out where to focus.
Figuring out what steps to take.
For each of your goals.
Maybe your breath naturally slows down.
Just notice that and recite Hong Sa slower to match what's naturally happening.
Match where the pieces are naturally falling into place.
A path is already laid out for us.
We just have to walk it.
So really tune into what is that patch?
How am I supposed to walk?
Walk it in a way that truly feels natural with yourself.
You Now let's say you're at a crossroads.
There's like three different paths in front of you.
And you're going,
Which one should I take?
So pick three potential clear paths.
Maybe you only have two,
You'll just do one twice.
If you have more pads,
You'll do them later.
Pick PATH1.
You're going on that first path.
And as you're going,
I want you to notice.
What you see.
What you hear.
What you feel.
I want you to notice how your breathing is.
On this path.
Notice if your body is light or heavy.
Notice if you feel energetic.
Or we're neutral or more tired.
Notice the level of excitement that you feel.
Notice your speed.
Notice also like your gait,
Like how forward motion you are.
Barony.
Direct.
Not feel like there's this powerful locomotion going forward.
How do all those things feel?
Go back to that point of the crossroads.
Start walking on Path 2.
Notice what you see here and feel.
Notice the position of your body.
Is it light or heavy?
How is your breathing?
What is your energy level?
What is your excitement level?
What is your speed?
What is your gate like?
Go back to the crossroads.
Start walking on Path 3.
Notice what you see,
Hear,
And feel.
Notice the shape of your body.
Is it light or heavy?
How is your breathing?
What is your energy level?
What is your excitement level?
But it's your speed.
What is your gate like?
Now go back to that crossroads where all three paths began.
And just compare each of those qualities.
For each of those.
And there isn't specifically a right or wrong as to do I want to be lighter?
Do I want to be heavy?
Do I want to be faster?
Do I want to be slow?
Pick the one that you want to be.
So notice how your body,
How your spirit and your emotions responded to each path.
And then choose the response.
That you enjoyed the most as potentially your first path.
Sometimes we do get a little bobbed by doubt,
By fear.
And that blocks our ability to have as free the feeling.
But for right now,
For these purposes.
What we want to do to build momentum,
To build energy,
To make it easier to approach the things that are more challenging,
Is do what feels easier and better.
Start there.
Now you might have a path chosen.
As to which one seems the most plausible,
The most feasible right now.
And maybe you're ready to straddle a couple of them and go on both at the same time,
That's fine.
But I'd like you to notice how big your now is.
And then also notice what is in your now.
What is in your noun?
Notice how it is organized.
And now I'd like you to make sure your eyes are closed for this.
So we don't get distracted by sight.
I'd like you to notice that your unconscious mind can organize what is in your now.
Putting the like with like,
Family with family,
Work with work,
And so on.
Just allow your unconscious mind to do it.
You don't have to consciously think through everything and place it in categories.
Your unconscious mind will naturally put it where it needs to be,
Just like the breath blowing naturally,
Just like the puzzle pieces falling together.
That's right.
But.
.
.
Finish organizing if you haven't yet.
I'd like you to allow your unconscious mind to notice what is in your now that isn't really a now thing.
For example,
The thing that you're going to do later tonight.
It may be better in the future.
And that thing that you just did before coming here.
It may be best to store it in the past.
Notice that your unconscious mind can organize and transport those things in your now.
That belong in your future and your past and put them there.
In your future and your past.
Very good.
And finish that up.
Now I'd like you to go into where you store your future.
And notice what is here.
Allow your unconscious mind to now organize the things you are putting like with like.
Even organizing the near future and the distant future.
This can happen easily and effortlessly,
Hasn't it?
That's right.
Now I'd like you to go into where you store your past.
And notice what is here.
Allow your unconscious mind to now organize the things here.
Putting the light with the light.
This can happen easily.
And effortlessly.
That's right.
When you are ready.
Come back to now.
Keep your eyes closed,
Gazing just slightly upwards under those closed eyelids.
As if you're looking at a beautiful white golden light at the point between your eyebrows.
Allow yourself,
Allow all that organization,
Allow all your thoughts,
Allow those paths to just get absorbed into that light.
Almost as if your path is like this beautiful tunnel of light.
It doesn't even need to be so defined.
It's just light.
You just walk into it.
You trust.
That anything in there is light.
Let that light be so penetrating that it just fills every cell of your body.
Any part of your body that feels strain,
Any part of your body that needs healing.
A special attention to drawing light into that part of your body.
So that it also moves harmoniously with you.
So that you heal anything that is causing pain.
That dissonance.
So you return to your natural resonance throughout your being.
You oomph Peace.
Amen.
