And you're going to sit up tall.
You're gonna let your sits bone melt into the seat underneath you and let that completely support and hold you.
Lengthen your spine up from there.
Bring your shoulders up.
Down.
Nice open heart.
Let your chin glide slightly backwards,
Lengthening through the back of your neck,
Letting the crown of your head,
The top back of your head,
Float up towards the sky.
So the underneath side of your chin is parallel to the earth and the ground underneath you.
Close your eyes and gaze just slightly upward under closed eyelids.
And I want these to be really conscious,
Assertive,
Powerful breaths.
You're feeling the breath come in your nose.
And go out.
You're feeling your belly expand.
And relax back in.
Relax all the muscles around your belly,
Around your ribcage,
Around your back.
So you can get to maximum expansion with each breath.
And maximum relaxation.
And I want the focus to be power.
Inhale fullness,
Take all that life force in that is meant to regenerate you.
And exhale,
Same exhales we were doing before,
Each breath.
There's something else ready to be gone.
Because each next breath we're ready to go into something new.
So each moment of life changes.
Many of the rules of life change.
Our needs change.
So the dynamics,
While certain things are cyclical and we see repetition,
Certain things are new.
Though each moment,
Each breath is anew.
Deep inhale,
Deep,
Powerful exhale.
Let nature be the guiding force here.
Through the power of the breath.
Through all that nature brings into the body.
Now,
What if part of what you're breathing is also toxic?
That's okay.
Because the body has all these filtering systems.
To filter that out.
Now,
What if you bless and pray over that breath as it comes in?
So if there were any toxins,
The light within you can dissolve it and realign it to be in alignment with your being and your body.
Therefore,
Nothing outside you needs to disturb you.
You already have peace within.
So that whatever comes in is like light.
Because that is what you vibrate at.
And you ask that all that comes within your being be in alignment with your being.
Sometimes we have fear of going into freedom for what we are going to let go of.
That's your exhale.
What are you not exhaling out?
That you are afraid of losing.
I know this idea is easier said than done.
But you're only going to let go of what you are done with.
What no longer serves you.
What comes in is going to be even bigger and better and more aligned.
I know that statement takes trust.
But if by chance you let go of something you really want,
You can always just take it back.
That's a test,
Right?
And if you do let go of everything for one breath.
See how that feels.
Maybe you did let go of something you're really meant to keep.
Let it come back.
It will.
So I want you to sit with that.
Exhale the courage to release.
The inhale to accept the life force coming in.
And align it with light so everything coming in feels safe.
And I'll let you sit with that silently for a bit.
Three more of these deep breaths.
Take it all in as the light within you Release out just what no longer serves you.
We're going to move into letting a prayer roll through you.
The reason I'm saying it that way is.

Because we often say a prayer with a judgment in mind.
Of how we think things should be.
And that's like playing the role of God.
So what if we let God decide?
And to be a channel.
For that message from God,
For that energy from God.
And what if we could wish people more peace,
More ease?
With whatever it is they're meant to go through.
May it be the best possible path that it can be.
May they be.
Held and feel held.
In the divine's hands.
May they feel the essence of being more filled with light.
May they have more trust in the process they're going through.
Maybe even without all those judgments,
Without all those words.
Just as you were breathing in and out through your nose of the energy passing through your body,
We're going to create a little bit different energetic direction for the prayer.
And this,
You can imagine,
Is we were doing,
Is it the energy of nature?
We were doing the air,
Right,
Before.
So it was all coming in out through the nose.
But now this is going to be like the divine energy.
And it's going to come in through the medulla oblongata,
Right at the bottom of the hairline.
The first part of our body that forms as a fetus.
And this is where you as spirit become you as human.
So you can think of that as a connection point that the divine energy is going to pass into you.
But then it's going to pass out through the spiritual eye.
This is all energetic.
You can do this with each breath.
Inhale,
Exhale,
If that helps give you a sense of movement and momentum.

Is also where we connect with the Divine's energy.
Where we connect with intuition.
I'm doing this extra smile because I just went through another brain lesson in school.
So this is also happens to be where the brain has its higher level thinking and processing of situations and a natural regulating of extreme emotions.
So whether you look at it scientifically or spiritually,
I want you to imagine that there's a stimulation and a connection through that point.
To the highest knowing and the highest wisdom,
But you're going to project out through that point.
And send that highest knowing and highest energy out to all those who need it.
And include yourself in that,
Because we're all in this together,
In this world.
So that energy comes in through the medulla oblongata.
It goes out through the spiritual eye.
You don't have to know what it is.

You could do it by listening to the sound of your breath.
And the sound is kind of like an ocean wave,
