Start by taking a few deep,
Full,
Glorious breaths.
As you breathe into your body,
Breathe deep and low into your diaphragm,
Into your belly,
Into your hips,
But also out to the side,
And exhale.
As you continue to inhale and exhale at your own time,
Be aware of how our breath spirals so beautifully all around our body.
Allow your body to sink deeper into the ground or the bed,
Wherever you find yourself.
If it is available to you,
Place one hand on your heart.
With your inner eye and feeling this with the entirety of your being,
Focus on your tailbone and drop roots and grounding cords down from your tailbone,
Down into the ground,
Into the earth.
Continue taking deep,
Full breaths,
And the deeper your breath goes,
Allow your roots to journey deeper into the earth,
Past the concrete,
Into the rock,
Into the part of the soil where deep tree roots grow.
As you breathe,
Feel what you feel as your grounding cord or grounding roots unfurl,
Moving with great certainty because they know exactly where they're going.
Press your roots even deeper.
Keep breathing.
Breathe into your neck and your shoulders as your roots drop even more.
Breathe into the back of your body as equally as you move into the front.
At some point,
Your roots will find their way into the heart of the earth.
Connect to how you feel the heart of the earth is.
It could be a glowing,
Warm,
Golden orb.
It could be a humming,
Crystalline heart.
Whatever it is,
Feel the tips of your roots connect or plug right into Source,
The beating heart of the earth.
On your next inhale,
Draw in the warmth,
The hum,
The crystalline vibration from the heart of the earth up the entirety of your root system,
Up your tailbone,
And allow it to flood your body.
As you exhale,
Release everything that does not serve you out with a sigh.
Give yourself permission in this moment to receive fully and completely as if every cell in your body,
Every fiber of your being,
Is so incredibly thirsty that it is drinking up,
Sponging,
Soaking up all the light,
All the love,
All the nutrients,
All of the nourishment,
The wisdom and the knowing of the earth,
And allow it to percolate into your cells,
Into your organs,
Into your very being,
From the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other shoulder,
Into your bones,
Into your marrow,
Into your nails,
Teeth,
Hair,
Into your fingertips and your toes.
Allow yourself to receive the incredible glory and power,
Sound,
Light,
And the beating drum,
The heart of the earth mother.
Allow your belly to relax.
Notice if your knees unlock,
If your hips soften a little more,
If there is more room and spaciousness in your neck,
In your jaw,
In between your ears.
Take a few more deep inhales and again,
If you haven't already,
Permit yourself to be so full and so charged that your cells,
That your body,
Are in absolute overflow,
Vibrating the abundance and the absolute glory of the earth.
Feel into the palm of your hand on your heart,
And as your heart continues to receive from the heart of the earth mother,
Visualize a sprout growing from the top of your heart,
Moving up your body,
Up your neck,
Up your head,
Up and out through the top of your head,
Moving up,
Passing the ceiling,
The roof,
And entering into the skies,
With your focused consciousness fully and completely grounded into the earth,
Breathing and receiving from the earth,
Draw your consciousness to your etheric roots,
Moving up from your heart into the skies,
Past the clouds,
Greeting the birds,
Moving into the upper atmosphere and out of the earth,
Moving up into cold,
Dark space and growing ever more.
Breathe into the wisdom of your etheric roots that know exactly where to go.
As you continue breathing and as your etheric roots move up,
Finding the heart of the heavens above,
They are still deeply,
Absolutely connected and enriched with the heart of the earth,
Your heart beating in a rhythmic drum to the heart of the earth mother.
Your etheric roots find the heart of the cosmos,
The heart of the heavens.
Your etheric roots know exactly how to plug in,
And as they do,
Know yourself,
Plugged in to the heart of the earth below and the heart of the heavens above.
Visualize the heart of the heavens as opalescent,
Dancing light,
As diamond light,
As starlight,
Whatever feels most natural to you.
As you plug in to the heart light of the cosmos of the heavens,
Your etheric roots start to receive from the heart of the heavens like rain falling onto you and into you and through you.
Allow the top of your head,
Your mind,
Your neck and your heart,
Your consciousness to open like a flower,
Like a chalice and receive the refined love and consciousness,
Clarity,
Grace and aligned perspective from the heavens above.
Feel this rain into your body from the top of your head,
Down your upper body,
Into your heart and into your lower body.
Feel yourself here in this in-between place.
Allow yourself to smile in this moment.
You are connected to the above and below.
You are in your perfect in-between place,
Here on earth,
In this space,
Time and coordinate where your body is.
Here you allow yourself to open and receive from the heavens above and the earth below and charge yourself with both cosmic and earthly power.
Here you charge your energetic,
Your etheric body,
Your physical,
Emotional and mental body,
Your spiritual,
Psychological and psychic body.
Breathe and charge your quantum field.
Allow the heart power of the earth and the cosmic power from the heart of the heavens to feed you and nourish you cell by cell,
To activate and replenish your soul.
Give yourself permission to smile,
Laugh,
Wiggle your fingers,
Your toes,
Shift slightly,
Make even more space for yourself to be completely held,
Connected,
Charged,
Guided,
Supported,
Energized,
As if you are far beyond the 100% battery charge of your being.
Notice your thoughts.
Notice the quality of your heart and your belly.
If your thoughts are running off to tasks you have to do today,
Notice it and bring these thoughts back into your field.
Call your energy home.
Call your thoughts home and see them move through the force field of your incredible divine and earthly charged radiance and light and allow your thoughts to return back into coherence with who you are.
If you notice heaviness in your heart,
A sense of unsettling in your belly from things that happened in the past,
Allow them to rise and meet the light divine from the earth,
From the heavens and breathe into them.
Breathe in spaciousness.
Breathe in relief.
Acknowledge what they are and exhale what does not serve you.
Know that as you exhale what no longer serves you,
It returns to the heart of source to be alchemized and stabilized.
Here and now,
You find yourself in liminal space in between the divine above and the earth below.
In this place,
I invite you to remember who you are in the entirety of your being.
To know that you are both divine and human,
That you are here,
That you are whole,
That you are fully charged and you are fully ready to move through your day in openness,
In acceptance,
Celebrating the joy of your being.
As you take another few deep breaths,
Ask yourself with your breath,
With your soft inner voice,
What do I need in this moment to feel fully charged,
More supported,
More spacious,
More energized?
Take a breath.
Tune in to your heart,
Your belly.
Tune in to your roots,
Connected and held,
Anchored into the earth and your etheric roots anchored into the cosmic heart.
And feel and intuit your answer.
Take a breath and with this breath,
Allow this answer to reverberate in your being.
Let this be your intention for the day,
Guiding you towards feeling more energized,
More safe,
More whole and more creative,
Because that is the being that you are.

Know that as you get up and move around in your day,
It may feel like you have lost these root connections to the above and the below.
But know that you have not.
You are,
We are,
Always connected.
And we can always return to a place where we are conscious of our connection and can remember it so that we can tap into it through the day as we need.
