My name is Arya and welcome to your Inner Quantum Temple Guidance.
This audio guides you into a space within,
Into your inner quantum temple,
Where you get to experience a blank slate,
Your zero point,
The womb and the soil of your creation as a soul,
As a being,
As a human on this planet now.
This meditation is best received sitting down or lying down.
Take a few moments to gather items in your surrounding to make you feel warm,
Supported as you sit and lie down,
Comfortable.
Take a few deep breaths,
Expand the belly,
Soften it and with an exhale let it go.
If you can,
Let your exhale be twice as long as your inhale.
Take another couple of breaths like this,
Inhale,
Expand the belly but keep it soft and exhale twice the length of your inhale and let it go.
Inhale again,
Into the belly,
Soften the muscles around the belly,
The muscles in your lower back and exhale twice the length of your inhale.
Take this opportunity to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Shimmy your elbows,
Move around your neck,
Get any cricks and cranks out of your physical body before you come into stillness and come into rest in your chosen posture.
Continue into your normal breath,
Find your consciousness in the center of your brain,
The place of many thoughts and a lot of action.
Visualize a spiral staircase downwards.
Take a walk down from your brain into your heart,
Moving down the face,
Past the eyes,
The nose,
The sinuses,
Past all of the structures and parts of the face.
Take one step at a time down your neck,
All of the different parts of your neck.
If you need to shift and move and adjust a little bit to release in the spot where your consciousness is while it is descending,
Do so.
Step by step,
Your consciousness moves even lower,
Past your collarbone and your clavicle,
Into the upper part of your lungs,
Continuing down this spiral staircase.
And as you are descending down,
You are descending deeper and deeper within your heart.
As you start to walk into your heart,
The light is very low,
Almost dark,
And the feet of your consciousness start to feel like you are stepping into water.
These are the waters of your heart,
The waters of your emotions,
The waters of your being.
Most of your consciousness is in the water and you let go of the stairs.
It is dark here in the waters of your heart.
You cannot see,
You are not afraid,
You are just free.
You don't know how deep the water is,
But with your feet you can't really reach any type of floor.
You don't know how big this space is.
It could be small,
It could be an unending cavern.
You are just dancing,
Floating,
Swimming,
Splashing in the waters of your being,
Safe in your heart.
And once you feel complete with some of the movement,
See if your consciousness can simply float in stillness and be carried by the waters of your heart.
Notice the water.
It is easy,
It is comfortable.
What is the temperature?
What does it feel like?
It doesn't need to change,
Just observe it.
Observe your surroundings without sight.
Does it have a smell?
Do you hear something?
Water trickling,
Emptiness,
A frog croaking in the background.
Notice what is there,
Notice what isn't,
And just float here.
Return to those deep belly breaths where you inhale openness,
Sacred emptiness,
Possibility.
Soften your belly and allow yourself with your exhale to release,
Release,
And release.
In this empty space,
In these waters of your heart,
You get to experience your zero point.
This is the place from which we create anew,
Without any baggage and any attachment to what was,
What has been,
And who we are in what was.
Sometimes when we get so caught up in our day,
In our life,
In our world,
It gets very difficult for us to imagine a different,
More aligned,
More divine,
More soul-led possibility.
Even if we imagine it,
We question it,
We doubt it,
But here,
This is where we can float and we can rest.
We are nothing and no one.
There is nothing here in this water that holds us.
We are not our identity.
We are not our thoughts.
We are not our emotions.
We are not our dreams and we are not our personality.
There is nothing here except you,
Pure consciousness,
Floating and being carried in the waters of your heart.
Here you can rest.
Stay here as long as you need to.
Take beautiful deep breaths.
You can pause this audio at this point if you need to.
When you are ready,
Move yourself in an intentional way,
In any direction,
And trust that as your feet move down into the water,
They touch solid ground.
Move slowly as you start back up,
Out of the waters.
You do not have to immediately climb all the way up to your mind.
You can take your time.
Now that you are out of the water,
Washed of yourself,
Bathed in your pure consciousness,
Ask yourself,
What can I do today that serves me and serves love entirely?
Breathe and listen within for your answer,
To be guided by our inner sanctum,
To be guided by the wisdom of our heart,
Is to practice listening to the soul.
This and more is possible as we continue to learn the mechanics of our inner quantum temple.
