Okay so we'll start off relaxing the body.
So whenever you're ready just closing your eyelids and usually when you close your eyes it's to go to sleep but this time it's just to close the curtain to the outside world and bring all of your focus inwards.
So I'm maybe even telling your logical mind now I want this to work.
I want this deep sense of trust,
Faith,
And relaxation to be activated on a deep level.
So let's be on the same team.
Help me to achieve that deeper sense of faith and trust and a deeper sense of relaxation because the more deeply relaxed you are then the more profound the healing can be and the more profound the healing can be the more open and receptive you are to the best possibilities for your life and expression of your life.
So I'd like you to imagine that there's a beautiful light that is above you reminiscent of the light of the moon and just imagine that this light will enter in through the top of your head and as it does it relaxes every fiber,
All of the skin that surrounds your skull.
Just imagining it could melt away all of the tension even into the inside of the head where the pineal gland is located.
Imagining that light showers down to wash away any of the debris,
Any of that harsh stuck,
Rigid viewpoints just get washed away and you begin to feel that relief moving through the sides of your face.
Feel your jaw unlock,
The back of your head even relaxes and imagine that light moving down the sides of the neck lengthening,
Purifying,
Rejuvenating every small bone,
Every muscle fiber and imagine that light moving down the sides of the shoulders.
Just like when you blow off all the dust off of a cabinet it's as if that light just blows off all of that debris and heaviness that was on your shoulders.
All of the pressure of the obligations in your life just get washed away and imagine that light moves through the backs of your shoulders relaxing,
Soothing those muscles in the back and the upper back.
Imagine that light moving down the sides under your arms.
Imagine that light is inside now where your chest area is just drawing that focus down taking that elevator of your body and just letting that light flow through your body.
Inside now where your chest area is just drawing that focus down taking that elevator of your consciousness down now into the chest giving this area of your body all of your attention.
Imagine that light just surrounds your heart area,
Expands your love,
Cleanses away any resentments,
Wraps you in this feeling of utter acceptance for yourself.
Breathe into that area and notice that the resistance has dropped.
There's more expansion available now,
A sense of lightness now that moves all the way down through each arm.
It's after all your arms are extensions of the heart area,
Your own soldiers that follow your commands and any time that you feel stuck or as if you've hit a ceiling just expand out your arms feel the nature of that openness in your body allowing you to feel even better and allowing your heart to be open for solutions.
Imagine that light moves through all the way to the fingers moving through the thumbs,
The pointer fingers,
The genius,
All of those muscles can just relax all of even the small bones can just surrender even the plasma,
All of the cells just start to reprogram themselves back into factory mode,
Replenished,
Revitalized by this welcome healing light.
Start to feel tingling in your fingers and then send that light back up towards the center of the body and imagine it moves down the sides of your ribs down to your stomach washing away any of that holding any of the tension and seeing if you can allow your breath to move down towards your stomach as your stomach expands on the inhale taking that elevator of your consciousness now down another floor down into the stomach feel connected with that area of you your seat of intuition your gut allowed to just be showered now this healing light relaxing all of the fibers,
All of the tissues,
Your lower back starts to surrender imagining that those fascia that surrounds the muscles could just expand and release and release and imagine that light moving through the hips cradling your reproductive system,
Loving light,
Compassion,
Patience and send that light down through the backs of your thighs sides of your legs,
The IT band,
Imagining it all becoming purified,
The muscles in your legs relaxing even deeper now,
Muscles that work so hard for you,
Enjoying this attention this intention of healing you're sending through all the muscles through the knees,
The shins,
Imagine the calves relaxing even deeper all the way down through the bottoms of the feet through all the toes getting illuminated now that light and now that this light is filled in your body the light will now spread to around your body what is known as an aura or your energy signature and just imagine now that you get to program this light shield around you as if you're writing a code for what you as the main character has yet to experience and is attracting with this energy field beautiful opportunities,
Just assigning that code to surround you financial stability and growth amazing health imagine that light permeates all of the other doubts and distractions that were in your energy field,
Coats them with this new program,
This new sense of being program,
This new sense co-creation and empowerment and the intuitive compass to guide you so these experiences become very true and real for you and then now that that light has surrounded you program it now so it is your safety because now we are going to go even deeper on the outside now we're going to go in to the deeper place within you all the changes can be made because the subconscious doesn't know the difference between real or imagined so taking the stairs down into the deepest part of you imagine you're standing at the top of the staircase and you look down and there's 10 steps and it's a magnificent staircase you build it to you build it to your liking it's made of your favorite materials your favorite colors so count down from 10 to 1 you'll find yourself drawing deeper and deeper into a relaxed space within you 10 taking one step down 9 taking another step down sinking drifting floating down deeper and deeper eight taking another step down keeping your own inner voices start to quiet down now leaving you serenity seven six drawing that curtain closed from the outside world it all can wait five four three sinking down deeper two beautiful state of relaxation within you and one taking the last step down now as you find yourself in an amazing forest soft grass beneath your feet there's butterflies flying around you as if they're leading you towards a certain direction you trust this direction that they're leading you to you begin to follow these butterflies and they're the brightest most brilliant color combinations you've ever witnessed color combinations you've ever witnessed they're there to represent this transformation you're walking towards this place of beauty and faith notice all the smells of the forest the wild flowers the smell of pine and the beautiful stability and wisdom of the trees that surrounds you making you feel secure in your own capabilities everything you've done to prepare yourself for this new chapter of your life this new chapter of your life and the butterflies lead you to a beautiful cabin and this cabin seems familiar because it represents your inner world and just notice this cabin this exterior shell of your subconscious and see if there's any repairs that need to be done to it maybe it hasn't been visited for a while so make sure that it's shining with a fresh coat of paint the dust has been polished off the windows and that the glass of the mirrors is clear so you're able to perceive the world through the eyes of your inner knowing your subconscious energy is now will be able to communicate to you through this renewed sense of connection connection the butterflies lead you around to the back of the house and here you will see there is a beautiful plant that has been planted in the back of the house that represents this essence of you that is growing and just notice what color the plant is the leaves perhaps feed it some water and maybe the water is even tears that come from you it's okay to feel defeated sometimes but this plant reminds you there's a new life for you that's growing that you're rooted exactly where you need to be so as I count now from one to five you'll integrate the message that this plant has for you secure feeling of faith and transformation that's moving within you one deciphering that message two feeling that renewed sense of dignity three and all those energies swirl within you as if you just went on a beautiful hike went on a beautiful hike for even more positive feeling that every day will change now for the better and five whenever you're ready rubbing your hands together coming back into this opening your eyes and feeling that solidness beneath you feeling your feet root down to exactly where you are
