Explore MeditationAnna Nikki has been in the movement industry since 2012. Her path began with dance and weightlifting while gaining knowledge of strength, mobility, and flexibility on her journey gaining certifications for personal and group fitness through NASM. Continuing to immerse herself in movement modalities she began to teach handstands, pole dance, and twerk. In 2021 Anna Nikki completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Her first offering for the community was received overwhelmingly well, with over 40 participants joining to practice together. She is grateful that she has been able to begin leading retreats in Colorado, expanding internationally soon. Anna Nikki completed her 300 hr YTT in Prana Vinyasa to become 500hr RYT in 2024. She offers a beautiful blend of all the wisdom gathered throughout her studies and own embodiment within her yoga practices. Anna Nikki has an intrinsic way of guiding soulful, safe, and nourishing practices. She has started offering wheelchair yoga to nursing homes and skilled care facilities recently to provide movement practices to people with different ability levels.
