Hello,

I'm Anna,

A breathwork and mindfulness facilitator.

Find a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose.

And a long breath out through your mouth.

Close your eyes.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale long and smooth through your mouth.

Let your body settle.

Let yourself arrive.

Deep breath in.

Like this.

Inhale through your nose.

And long smooth exhale.

Letting go.

And exhale.

Feel the weight of your body.

Where it meets the ground.

Soften.

With every breath release a little more.

Let go of your shoulders.

Your belly.

And keep breathing.

Let go of what you don't need.

All tension.

If it's feeling right,

Exhale the sound.

Nothing helps you.

Release.

So let go.

Inhale.

And slowly let your breath return to a natural rhythm.

And notice how it feels inside now.

Maybe a bit lighter.

A bit quieter.

Remember this calm is always here.

And you can return to it anytime you need.

Bring your awareness back into your body.

Present moment.

Say your name.

And thank yourself.

When you are ready,

You can open your eyes.
