Welcome to Integration Full Pose Breathing.
Find a comfortable sitting position with a straight back and close your eyes.
Open your mouth and begin breathing.
Inhale and exhale through the mouth.
Gently connect your inhale and your exhale.
And keep breathing without any pause at the top and at the bottom.
Find your own rhythm.
Steady.
Unforced.
Let the breath move through your chest,
Your ribs and your belly.
And keep breathing.
Inhale and exhale without any pause in between.
And now,
Bring your attention into your body.
Sense yourself from the inside.
Feel the support beneath you.
Notice the weight of your body on that support.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Keep breathing.
And notice physical sensations.
Tension.
Softness.
Warmth.
Subtle movement.
Nothing to change.
Just explore.
And keep breathing.
Now,
From this awareness of the body,
Notice your emotional state.
What is present right now?
Calm.
Anxiety.
Irritation.
Happiness.
Something else.
You don't need to reduce it.
You don't need to amplify it.
Just notice it.
And keep breathing in and out without any pause at the top and the bottom.
And now,
Let the sensations and the emotion exist together.
Your breath.
Your body.
Your emotions.
All at the same time.
And keep breathing.
Allow everything to be.
Notice that different experiences can coexist.
Maybe there is a tension and stability.
Maybe there is an anxiety and grounding.
Maybe there is movement and stillness.
Let all of it be here.
And just breathe.
Explore.
Let your breath guide you.
Keep breathing in and out.
No pause at the top and at the bottom.
Keep breathing.
And they invite you to notice you are able to stay present with it.
You are not collapsing into the sensation.
You are not pushing anything away.
You are holding the whole experience.
Let the body settle into the support beneath you.
Feel your weight again.
Feel the structure of your spine.
Breath is happening.
Sensations are here.
Emotions are here.
And you are here with all of it.
Notice this capacity.
This is integration.
And now soften your breath.
And as you exhale,
Feel the whole system settling together.
Allow the breath to return to a natural rhythm.
Sense your body.
As one whole.
Sense your emotional field as part of that whole.
Nothing removed.
Nothing fixed.
Included.
And take one slow inhale.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
If it feels right for you,
Hug yourself.
And thank yourself.
