Welcome to this gentle journey of receiving.
Just take a moment to settle in.
Let everything soften just a little.
Find your comfy space warm and cozy.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.
Letting go of tension.
Letting go of stress.
This is a space of rest and allowing.
Notice your breath.
Not changing it,
Just feeling it.
The quiet rhythm of the inhale and the exhale.
Let your body settle.
Let your shoulders drop.
Soften your jaw and just let your whole being gently arrive.
Right here.
Right now.
In this moment.
And quietly within yourself say,
I don't need to chase.
I can receive.
Good.
Now just let your breath deepen.
Inhale slowly.
And exhale fully and gently.
Again.
Inhale.
Calm.
Steady.
Exhale.
Letting go.
Releasing.
Breathe in.
And with each breath out,
Let go of effort.
Let go of striving.
Let go of the part of you that feels it has to make everything happen.
Now you are placing all of that down.
Just for now.
You can pick it up later if you need to.
But for now,
You are allowed to rest and just feel what that's like.
To not push.
To just simply be.
And underneath that,
Just notice a quiet openness beginning to appear within you.
Now you are standing in a wide open landscape.
A soft light surrounds you.
The air feels calm,
Expansive.
And in front of you,
You see a river.
It is wide,
Slow,
Endlessly flowing.
And its surface shimmers with a beautiful soft light like it is carrying something unseen.
And you feel drawn to it.
Not urgently,
But just gently.
It's as if something within you recognizes this place.
So you walk slowly toward the river's edge.
And as you arrive,
You notice something beautiful.
Floating along the water are small,
Glowing lights.
Each one is moving at its own pace.
There is no rush in this river.
No pushing,
No forcing.
Just everything is flowing.
Exactly as it should.
This is the river of receiving.
So take a moment here just to sit beside this beautiful river.
Notice how nothing is trying to hurry.
Nothing is trying to prove itself.
And just gently ask yourself,
What would I love to welcome into my life?
Not from lack,
Not from needing,
But from a quiet openness.
It might be more ease in your life.
More support or clarity.
More healing,
More abundance,
More connection.
Or maybe it is something deeply personal for you.
So just let that feeling form gently within you.
Not as a demand,
But as a soft invitation.
And now,
As you sit quietly,
One of the lights on the river begins to drift closer.
Slowly and naturally,
Without effort.
The light is coming closer and closer until it gently arrives right in front of you.
Take your time here and when you feel ready,
Slowly reach out and receive it.
As it touches your hands,
It softens into warmth,
Like light dissolving into your skin.
And now it begins to flow into your arms,
Your chest,
Your heart.
It's flowing down your back and your hips,
Your belly,
Your legs and feet.
It's filling you from within.
Not overwhelming,
Just right.
And you realize receiving isn't something you force.
It is something you allow.
Now,
Just gently bring your awareness inward.
Notice how your body feels after receiving.
There may be a softness,
A lightness,
A quiet sense of trust.
So just let that beautiful feeling spread throughout your body.
Reaching all of your cells,
Your muscles,
Your internal systems.
With each breath you are taking now,
Feel it deepen.
And with each breath out,
Feel it settle.
Now,
Gently within yourself say,
I trust what is meant for me.
I allow it to come in its own time.
I am open to receiving.
Feel those words echo through your being.
And let's just stay here for a few moments.
Just breathing.
Just receiving.
Beautiful.
And now,
Slowly and very gently,
Allow the river to fade.
But know that it is always there.
It is always flowing.
So,
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
To your body,
To this moment.
And now,
Softly remind yourself,
I don't need to chase what is meant for me.
I allow.
I trust.
I receive.
Now,
Take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And a gentle breath out.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
And as you return to your day,
Know that life is always moving towards you in quiet,
Supportive ways.
There is so much more available to you,
And you are allowed to receive it gently in your own time.
And remember,
There is no shortage in the gentle unfolding of your life.
Just let yourself trust.
Trust that abundance can meet you in quiet,
Unexpected ways.
And that you don't need to reach for it.
Just remain open and allow it to arrive.
Namaste,
My friend.
