Sacred Time,

Embracing the power of pauses.

Today,

We'll focus on the pause of intuition.

In the noise of daily life,

It's easy to ignore the quiet voice within us,

The one that offers wisdom,

Guidance,

And clarity.

By pausing,

We can create the space to hear this voice and trust our inner knowing.

Let's begin by settling in.

Find a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to relax fully.

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

With your next inhale,

Feel your body grounding,

And with your exhale,

Let go of anything pulling your focus away from this moment.

Tune into the present moment.

Let's begin by turning inward.

Imagine your intuition as a still pool of water within you.

When the surface is calm,

It reflects the truth clearly,

But when it's disturbed,

It's really hard to see.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine this inner pool settling.

It's becoming still.

Now,

Bring to mind a question or situation where you've been seeking clarity.

It might be something small,

Like how to approach your day,

Or something larger.

Whatever comes to mind is perfect.

So now,

Gently place this question into your inner pool like a pebble dropped into water.

Watch as it sinks to the bottom,

Creating gentle ripples.

Now,

Breathe and listen.

There's no need to force an answer.

Intuition doesn't shout,

It whispers.

So,

Just simply notice what arises.

Perhaps it's a feeling,

A word,

An image,

Or just a sense of calm.

If nothing comes,

That's okay too.

Sometimes,

The act of pausing is enough to open the door to clarity later.

Take a few more breaths here,

Allowing yourself to trust whatever arises.

Wonderful.

So,

As we close this practice,

Reflect on what you noticed during this pause.

Did anything surprising or meaningful come to you?

Or perhaps you just simply felt a moment of stillness and presence.

The more we pause and listen,

The stronger it becomes.

So,

Take a deep breath now.

Inhale deeply,

Feeling grounded in your body,

And exhale fully,

Trusting your inner wisdom.

As you move forward,

Remember that the power of intuition is always within you.

A single pause can help you hear its quiet voice,

Guiding you toward clarity and truth.
