Welcome.
Let's take a sacred pause together.
It's a pause to rest in stillness.
A pause to remember that peace is always within us,
Waiting to be breathed alive.
So find your comfy space,
Warm and cozy,
And gently close your eyes.
Bring your awareness into your heart center and notice a softness there.
Wherever you are,
Place one hand on your heart.
Feel the warmth from your hand and the quiet rhythm of your breath.
Take a beautiful breath in,
Take the breath down to your abdomen,
And relax with a deep exhale,
Letting go of any stress or tension.
Take another slow,
Deep breath and know that in this moment,
All is well.
Tune into the present moment.
Follow your breathing in and out as you relax and settle in still more.
Just let your shoulders and neck area relax,
Your arms,
Hands,
Fingers,
Your back,
Chest,
Abdomen,
Hips,
Legs,
And feet.
Relax and breathe.
Breathing is your connection to life,
The natural world,
And like all of nature,
It has a rhythm.
So,
Just take a few moments to do nothing more than simply follow the rhythm of your breath and relax.
Notice your breathing and just pay attention to how you feel.
Good.
So,
Let's do a breathing practice for peace.
Let's breathe in peace for a count of 4,
2,
3,
4,
And breathe out slowly for a count of 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
On the next inhale,
Softly,
You are receiving peace,
And on the exhale,
You are softly offering peace.
Let's continue this gentle rhythm.
So,
Breathe in peace for a count of 4,
2,
3,
4,
And breathe out slowly for a count of 6,
5,
4,
3,
4,
And breathe out slowly for a count of 6.
With each breath in,
Just visualize you are gathering light,
Warmth,
And calm.
And with each breath out,
Imagine sending ripples of peace into the world around you.
If your mind wanders,
That's natural.
Just return to the simple rhythm of your breath.
So,
Breathe in peace for a count of 4,
2,
3,
4,
And breathe out slowly for a count of 6.
So,
Breathe in peace for a count of 4,
2,
3,
4,
And breathe out slowly for a count of 6.
Continue in your own time for 3 more rounds.
And once more,
Breathe in,
Imagine you are gathering light,
Warmth,
And calm,
And breathe out,
Sending ripples of peace into the world around you.
Beautiful.
Just return to your natural breathing pace now.
So,
Just notice how peace is not something we have to search for far away.
It begins here,
In your own breath,
In your own being.
So,
Every inhale is an invitation to come home to yourself.
And with every exhale,
It is a gift,
A blessing,
A gentle offering to the world.
So,
As we close this sacred pause,
Feel your heart steady and clear.
Carry this breath of peace with you,
Into your day,
Into your words,
Into your presence.
Peace begins here,
Within you,
In your heart,
As a feeling,
And peace flows outward,
Touching all you meet.
Rest in that feeling of peace.
Namaste,
My friend.
