Now allow your breath to become just a little deeper,

So just begin by breathing into your lower belly.
Feel the breath expand softly,

Now bring it up into your rib cage,
Allowing your breath to widen,
To create space through the sides of your body.
And now into your upper chest,
A gentle lift,

Letting go.
So let's begin to bring this all together now.

A smooth,
Continuous inhale and exhale,

Releasing slowly.
Again,
Breathing in.

Feel the energy,
The expansion.
And exhale,

Continue and just let your breath become just a little more energizing now.
A little fuller,
A little brighter,
As though in each inhale,
It's drawing in fresh energy and each exhale is clearing space.

And just gently hold at the top for a moment.
And then exhale slowly and just let that energy settle into your body.
And notice now a sense of alertness,

Of being just a little more energized.
And now bring your awareness down to the base of your body.
It's the space where your body meets the ground.
Now here,
Just imagine a small point of light.
It's soft,
Steady,
Warm.
This is your quiet spark of energy.
It's resting within you.
There's nothing you need to do to create it because it is already here.
Now with each breath in,
You see this light beginning to glow just a little brighter.
It's responding to your breath gently,
Naturally.
Each inhale,
You are fueling it.
And each exhale,
You are softening anything that might be in the way.
And now allow this light of energy to begin to expand.
It's a slow,

A gentle awakening.
When you're ready,
You imagine this light beginning to rise.
It's moving slowly upward into your feet and legs,
Into your hips,
Into your lower belly.
Feel it warming,

And now it's rising a little higher into your upper belly.

And slowly release,
Exhaling.
And just feel how your whole body is now illuminated with awakeness,
