Welcome.
I'm so glad you've joined me for this sacred pause.
It's a moment to slow down.
Reconnect and return to your quiet wisdom within.
This is your time.
Your time for resting into the healing power of simply being.
So find your comfy space warm and cozy.
Feel your body soften.
Your shoulders dropping down from your ears.
You're back,
Easy.
Chest is softening.
Your belly rising and falling with each breath.
Hips,
Legs and feet,
Arms and hands resting easily.
Gently close your eyes.
Now take a deep breath in.
And just sigh it out.
And just tune into this moment.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
So let's begin by inviting your breath to guide you inward.
Breathing deeply through your nose.
Cool and nourishing.
And breathe out through your mouth.
Soft and releasing.
Inhale.
Cool and exhale and just feel your jaw,
Your belly,
Your hands softening even further.
Your breath will find its natural rhythm now,
Just like the rise and fall of a calm tide.
And with each breath you are signaling to your body,
It's safe now.
I'm here with you.
Just notice the support around you.
Whether it's beneath you.
Behind you It's sturdy and dependable.
And it's really holding you without effort.
Breathe in.
.
.
As you exhale feel yourself sink a little deeper into that support.
Warm and comforting.
There is a quiet kind of strength in simply being.
That is when we stop rushing to solve,
To control.
To manage because something extraordinary happens.
We begin to hear the body's quiet voice,
The one that never stopped speaking.
It might just be a whisper in your chest.
A tug in your belly.
Or just a sensation somewhere asking for your attention.
So just acknowledge it,
Hear it.
And let it be held.
And this is just gentle curiosity.
Because your body is a wonderful companion.
It truly is a wise,
Intuitive friend.
It's always guiding you back to balance,
To comfort,
To peace.
Good.
Now we'll begin an inner journey,
A healing sanctuary.
So see yourself walking through an ancient stone archway.
Soft moss is underfoot and you are entering a quiet sanctuary that is nestled inside your being.
And this space is so sacred because it is untouched by noise,
Untouched by fear and it is part of you.
It's your inner landscape of healing.
So just feel your heartbeat steady and slow.
It's just like footsteps on soft forest earth.
With each beat you step more fully into yourself.
Bring your hand to your heart.
And just feel the warmth there.
Arise and fall with your breath.
And sense your heartbeat beating each moment since you first are born.
There's a warm breeze stirring in your belly.
You notice how it is centered with cedarwood and wildflowers,
And it's wrapping around you like a shawl,
Hand-woven from care.
It is surrounding all your vital organs.
And this is wrapping them in healing,
Loving energy.
This breeze is brushing against your skin now.
Whispering.
You are safe.
You are seen.
You are home.
You feel this healing energy all around you now.
It feels like a cocoon.
That is fill.
With softness,
Gentleness,
Care.
Tenderness and healing.
You are present.
And you are aware of this healing energy.
Now beneath you,
Your bones,
They feel like smooth river stones,
Cool and ancient,
Deeply grounded.
And you know that you are supported from the inside out.
Now there is a quiet pool of water within your chest.
Still,
Clear,
Reflective.
It mirrors the soft hues of dawn.
There are gentle pinks and silvers here and they are all filled with the promise of healing.
With each breath you take these tiny ripples spread across the water soothing tension and Just feel your tension easing.
Dissolve in discomfort like morning mist.
You are being washed clean.
And you are being washed clean by your very presence.
Your muscles,
They are beginning to soften even more.
Because they are now feeling so safe.
It's like beeswax warming in the sun.
Your body unwinds into stillness.
Now feel your skin.
It is such a living tapestry and it is alive with sensation.
You feel the lightest of breeze.
It is stirring leaves.
And you feel it across your arms and cheeks and it is awakening a quiet joy.
And deep in your core there is a glowing ember.
Small.
Steady.
Quietly burning,
Just like a firefly.
Pulsing in a twilight meadow.
And this ember has never gone out.
It is within you always.
So with each breath now you feel this ember glowing a little brighter.
A little warmer.
It is expanding and radiating this warmth,
This healing.
To your belly.
Your back,
Your spine.
Your heart.
And there is a deep reminder here.
Because healing doesn't rush.
Healing,
It roots itself into your being,
It pulses and it returns.
It returns whenever you need a healing presence.
And here wrapped in breath,
In body,
In belonging.
In light.
You are allowed to rest.
You can heal.
You are whole.
Wonderful.
Now silently or out loud repeat these words.
I am present with myself.
I trust the wisdom of my body.
I heal by resting into my being.
I am deeply held.
Just take a breath in.
Just breathe out letting those words ripple through your entire being.
These are soft invitations for yourself.
So,
Slowly and gently bring awareness back to the room that you are in.
Feel that support around you.
The energy around you.
Feel the air.
Any sounds in the distance?
Roll your shoulders if that feels good.
Take a full nourishing breath in.
And a slow sighing exhale.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Welcome back.
So thank yourself.
Because you have offered yourself something profound.
And that is a return to your own presence.
Just take a moment to reflect that healing doesn't always come through action.
Sometimes it arrives when we just pause long enough to listen.
So thank you so much for joining me in this sacred space today.
Just take this sense of ease,
Softness and inner knowing with you.
As you move forward.
So until next time,
Be gentle with yourself.
And you are healing even now.
Namaste,
My friend.
