Welcome to a Gratitude Journey.

Find a quiet,

Inviting spot to unwind.

Peacefully close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress.

As you breathe,

Prepare to embark on this journey to cultivate gratitude and appreciation.

Take a slow,

Deep,

Beautiful breath and let go of any further stress or tension as you feel yourself sinking into the surface you're resting on,

Becoming still more comfortable and relaxed.

Take another slow,

Deep breath and release your thoughts,

Letting them drift far away.

Bring your awareness into your heart centre,

In the centre of your chest,

And just notice a softness there.

Take another slow,

Deep breath and know that in this moment,

All is well.

Another beautiful breath in,

And this time take the breath down to your abdomen.

Relax with a deep exhale.

Tune into the present moment.

Imagine all the energy you've sent out into the world lately coming gently back to your heart,

Like the last pieces of a puzzle,

Making you feel more whole and complete.

Follow your breathing in and out as you relax and settle in still more.

Good.

Now imagine yourself in a peaceful paradise.

You are surrounded by lush greenery,

Colourful flowers and the gentle chirping of birds.

The sun's warm rays touch your skin and a soft breeze carries the scent of the blooming flowers.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Inhale deeply and imagine that you are drawing in gratitude and positivity with each breath.

As you exhale,

Release any negativity,

Worries or stress,

Allowing them to dissipate into paradise.

Let them go.

As you continue to breathe,

Visualise the paradise coming to life with vibrant colours and a sense of abundance.

It's a reflection of the richness of your life,

Filled with countless blessings.

Now shift your focus to your heart centre,

The source of gratitude and appreciation.

Feel your heart radiating warmth and love.

With each heartbeat it sends out waves of gratitude,

Creating a harmonious and beautiful energy within you.

As you sit in this paradise,

Think about the things in your life that you are truly grateful for.

They can be simple or significant,

Anything that brings joy and appreciation to your heart.

You could begin with the people in your life.

Visualise their faces,

Their smiles and the love they share with you.

Feel a sense of gratitude for their presence and the connections you have.

Move on now to the experiences that have shaped you.

Reflect on moments of joy,

Learning and growth.

Feel gratitude for these lessons and the opportunities that life has provided for you.

Consider the gifts of nature that surround you in this paradise.

The vibrant flowers,

The clear blue sky and the soothing sounds of birdsong.

Let your heart swell with gratitude for the beauty of the natural world.

Beautiful.

Now extend your gratitude to yourself.

Acknowledge your strengths,

Your resilience and your ability to overcome challenges.

You are a source of strength and potential and you really deserve your own appreciation.

As you continue to breathe and cultivate gratitude,

Imagine that your heart centre is expanding,

Reaching out to touch everything in your life with love and appreciation.

Stay in this state of deep gratitude for as long as you like,

Basking in the warmth and richness of this moment.

Take a deep breath in and feel free to come out of this visualisation whenever you would like.

Ask for a sphere of protective,

Warm,

Golden,

Loving light to be placed all around you and this experience too,

So that all the positive,

Healing,

Grateful,

Serene,

Insightful and loving benefits will stay with you.

Thank yourself with gratitude for putting energy into your own explorations and thank the energy of life for moving you in the right direction.
