Let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Now bring your attention to your neck,
Throat,
And jaw.
Release any tightness here with a long,
Soft breath.
Relax your face,
Your eyes,
Your forehead.
Now rest your awareness in your heart center,
This radiant,
Tender space where peace and strength meet.
Good.
Take a deep,
Nourishing inhale through your nose.
And imagine you are drawing in calm,
Healing energy.
Hold gently for a moment,
Like holding a fragile treasure,
And then exhale slowly and fully through your nose.
Exhale slowly and fully through your mouth,
Releasing all worries and tension.
Feel yourself softening more with every breath out.
Repeat this breath at your own natural pace,
Letting it ground you deeper into your own presence.
As you breathe,
Imagine yourself surrounded by a gentle,
Protective light like a warm embrace welcoming you home.

With your eyes closed,
Imagine a peaceful sanctuary,
