Welcome.
Take a gentle breath in and slowly release.
Breathe in,
Breathe out and let go.
Find your comfy space warm and cozy and allow your body to begin softening.
Your shoulders gently dropping,
Your jaw softening,
Your breath finding its own natural rhythm.
Today we arrive at Beltane.
It's a sacred turning point in the year.
A time of warmth returning,
Of life rising,
Of the earth in full expression.
It's a time where light lingers longer and something within us begins to stir,
To open,
To awaken.
And this is a moment to pause and listen inwardly and to reconnect with the quiet flame within you.
It's the part of you that holds your hope,
Your passion,
Your joy.
So just simply allow yourself to be here.
As you awaken to the beauty of your own becoming,
You begin to understand that everything within you is already reaching for the light.
So now just let these words settle within you.
I am alive with possibility.
I welcome joy,
Passion and gentle renewal into my life.
I trust the unfolding of my own becoming.
Just take a moment and allow these words to echo quietly like ripples across still water.
Now we begin our journey with the energy of Beltane.
It's a time that has been honored for generations,
Marking the transition into the warmth and fullness of late spring.
Traditionally,
Beltane was seen as a celebration of life,
Of growth,
Of vitality.
A moment when the earth feels alive with possibility,
Flowers blooming and growing longer and everything beginning to open.
It was also a time connected with fire,
Symbolizing warmth,
Transformation and the spark of life itself.
And just like the earth,
There are parts of us that move in seasons too.
Times of rest,
Times of quiet and times of awakening.
So this moment is a gentle invitation to notice what within you is ready to open,
To grow,
To come back to life.
At this point in the year,
The days are longer,
The light lingers and nature moves with a quiet confidence into growth.
The trees deepen into green and there is a sense that life is no longer holding back.
Beltane can be seen as a gentle mirror,
Reminding us that growth does not need to be rushed and that awakening often happens quietly in its own natural time.
So now just bring your awareness gently to your breath,
The soft rise and fall,
The quiet rhythm of life moving through you.
You are standing now at the edge of a wide open meadow.
The sky above you is vast,
A soft blue touched with golden light.
The sun is low enough to feel gentle,
Yet warm enough to wrap around you like a comforting embrace.
You take your first step forward and as your feet meet the soil,
You notice how alive it feels,
Soft,
Steady,
Supportive.
And each step is connecting you more deeply to the earth beneath you,
To the quiet strength,
The strength that holds you without effort.
And as you look around,
Wildflowers are in bloom,
Soft colors stretching endlessly,
Yellows,
Whites,
Soft pinks,
Gentle purples.
And just see them swaying lightly in a warm breeze,
Moving together in a quiet natural harmony.
The breeze is brushing past your skin and you feel its warmth.
It's carrying the scent of blossoms,
Fresh and alive.
So just pause for a moment here and just take it all in.
The beautiful colors,
The scents,
The gentle sounds of nature.
Perhaps the distant hum of bees or the soft whisper of grass moving in the wind and everything is feeling alive.
And somehow you feel part of it all.
As you continue walking,
You begin to notice something ahead.
It's a soft glow flickering gently in the distance.
It draws your attention with a quiet invitation.
There is a gentle knowing that you are meant to move toward it.
So step by step,
You make your way closer.
And with each step,
You feel something within you beginning to shift,
A soft opening,
A quiet readiness.
It's as though you are leaving behind anything heavy,
Anything you no longer need.
Just let it fall away effortlessly like petals drifting towards the earth.
Good.
Now,
As you arrive,
You see it clearly.
It's a beautiful flame,
Soft,
Golden,
Steady.
It's not overwhelming,
But deeply comforting.
It flickers gently as though it recognizes you,
As though it has been waiting.
And as you move closer still,
You realize this flame is not separate from you.
It is a reflection of something within,
Your own inner spark.
It's the part of you that holds your passion,
Your creativity,
Your joy,
Your aliveness.
And now gently,
You allow yourself to receive its warmth.
It's a soothing,
Nourishing glow.
Feel it just beginning to spread through your body,
Softly,
Naturally.
Moving into your chest,
Your heart space.
Warming,
Opening,
Softening.
Now,
With each breath in,
This light grows a little brighter.
And with each breath out,
You release.
Release anything that dims your light,
Any doubt.
Just let it gently loosen.
Tension is melting away.
Old stories are fading into the background.
Now,
In this space,
There is room.
It's room for something new,
And you can begin to sense it now.
It's that feeling of hope,
Like the first light of morning.
A gentle stirring of passion,
Not forceful,
But alive.
And just feel a soft,
Steady joy.
It's resting quietly within you.
Now,
This golden light is expanding even further.
It's flowing through your entire body,
Through your arms,
Your hands,
Your legs,
All the way down to your feet and toes.
Just see it radiating outward now,
Beyond you.
Just like sunlight touching everything around you,
Effortlessly,
Naturally.
You are not trying to hold onto this feeling.
You are simply allowing it.
You are trusting it,
Just as it is.
And in this moment,
You may gently acknowledge that this flame,
This light,
This aliveness,
It has always been here,
Waiting patiently for your attention,
Your patience,
Your presence,
And your willingness to receive.
And now,
As this journey begins to gently soften,
Just allow the image of the meadow,
The warmth,
The light to slowly fade into the background,
While the feeling remains settled quietly within you.
And just note that this light within you is steady.
It does not rush.
It does not demand.
It simply is a quiet companion.
It's walking beside you through each day.
So,
As you continue forward,
May you notice moments of warmth in unexpected places,
Moments of joy that arrive gently and stay,
Moments where you remember this feeling,
This connection,
This quiet,
Steady flame.
And as you move through your days ahead,
Just gently return to your breath and reconnect with that warmth within you.
Place a hand on your heart.
Feel the warmth there.
You might also choose one small amount of joy,
Something simple,
And just allow yourself to fully receive it without rushing,
Without distraction.
Wonderful.
So,
When it feels right,
You might take a moment to reflect.
Where in my life am I ready to bring more light,
More joy,
More aliveness?
And maybe,
What would it feel like to trust this energy within me?
Just take a moment.
So,
Take a deep breath in and slowly release.
Thank you so much for sharing this special Beltane day with me,
This space,
This journey.
And may you carry this warmth with you in your own quiet,
Natural way.
And remember you can return to it whenever you need.
Namaste,
My friends.
Namaste.
